Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful
I spilt some nail polish on the floor at 3:15 approximately on Monday and I immediately reported it to reception. No one came before I left for an appointment at 4:10pm that day. Next morning I rang reception as the iron wasn’t working at around 7:45am and asked for a working iron and again reported about the nail polish on the floor. Around 9am I again rang reception regarding the iron as well as the nail polish that I had spilt on the floor on Monday!
Eventually I had to get dressed - without being able to iron my outfit as no one had bought the iron to my room. As well they had not come to check out the nail polish spill !
When I checked out, I returned my “keys” to reception and mentioned that no replacement iron was delivered to my room and no one had been to look at the nail polish spill. I was given an apology regarding the iron and informed someone had been to the room and tried to remove the nail polish, without success, as the polish was dry by that time. The receptionist also told me that Romada had a carpet cleaner and would use that and there would be no additional costs
It’s disappointing that I had to call reception numerous occasions regarding thes issues
