Four bedroom air conditioned restored federation home on the corner of Landsborough St and Memorial Ave. Plenty of living space for the family, 2 newly renovated bathrooms to a high standard, 2 TV's, DVD player, dishwasher, own laundry with washer and dryer. Front veranda to relax on away from the afternoon sun and a great fenced courtyard with outdoor setting and gas BBQ, double lock-up garage and room for a boat in the driveway. Ceiling fans to bedrooms. Outdoor shower for washing off after you've been to the beach. A flat 340m walk to the beach for a swim or less to the shops, cafes, restaurants and pub. Now has wifi & Netflix.

A South West Rocks accommodation holiday offers a true escape from the hustle and bustle of modern day living. South West Rocks is a small coastal town on the mid north coast situated near the mouth of the Macleay River - by car approximately 5 hours from Sydney or Brisbane. South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, some of the best scuba diving in Australia, a modern Country Club with bowling greens, tennis courts and 18 hole golf course, the Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historic Trial Bay Gaol and popular Trial Bay Kiosk, a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops, great cafes and restaurants in the centre of town and a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and tablecloths, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

The house was in a grate location and easy to find your way around town but the property was dirty on arrival with the shower unclean floors were still dirty with sand and the house smelling like a old sock and the dish washer still full of unclean dishes from previous tenants once we rectified these issues the house was absolutely fantastic and will choose this property again

Great location
This house is in an excellent location to the beach and shopping precinct. Just a short stroll and your there. The house was beautifully decorated with comfy furniture. However, for us the cleanliness was lacking. After and 8 hour drive, Upon arrival I spent some time cleaning the house, for what the cleaners had missed. Other than this we had a great break away, and this house was an excellent choice, if only the place was cleaner.
