Ground floor 1 bedroom flat located right in the town centre of South West Rocks, an easy 150 metres walk to the white sands of Main Beach. Sleeps 3 on 1 queen and1 single bed (in the lounge room). Fully self contained kitchen facilities with microwave. Austar TV, DVD player, pedestal fan, shared gas BBQ & laundry facilities, off street parking. Centrally located, park your car and walk to Main Beach, Horseshoe Bay, Back Beach, cafes, restaurants, Country Club, golf course, swimming, pool and pub.

Please Note: 'Wards Holiday Flat 3' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid etc.
