A total insect irradiation of accommodation units required. Once completed it would be quite acceptable for the nightly payment being asked. I had bugs landing and crawling over me during the night. This is a health hazard!

It was like going to a RETRO motel from the 1960's, not a bad thing. Clean, had everything required, good updated bathroom, and well appointed kitchenette.
