The cold water tap was tightly jammed shut making it impossible to have a shower. It is hard to see how this could have not become known earlier to the management - the jam was so tight that it almost seemed to have been done deliberately. We tried to report it before leaving the property but no-one responded when we rang the bell.

Clean and comfortable. G&N were lovely hosts, turning the heater and lights on before I checked into my room on a very cold evening. The only minor negative: the Wi-Fi internet was slow meaning Netflix wouldn’t stream on the TV. However, I would happily stay again if in the area.

New owners Graeme and Nerida greet their guests most warmly. The units are a decent size with great beds. Everything you could want in the kitchens is there. The rooms all back onto the pool and BBQ area and the grounds are well maintained. Overall a pleasant surprise in Tocumwal

The new owners, Nerida and Graeme, were extremely friendly and helpful. The onsite laundry was a bonus. The unit was comfortable and clean and a short walk to the Golf Club and a bit longer walk into town. We would highly recommend Greenways.
