Very convenient as 7/11 was just underneath the hotel. It’s also walking distant to the train station, shops and restaurants. The only thing is that the hotel is on a bit of a slope so just be mindful of that if you have lots of luggages.

I really liked how close it was to maintown Akasaka, and there is a Jazz Restaurant right across the road which is highly recommended. The 7-11 is on the lower level of the hotel which was so handy and is open 24-7 so you can get meals, snacks and alcohol all from there. The train station is a 6 min walk. And the Harry Potter themed station is only a 5 min walk from there.

The rooms are humid, everything was wet and damp. The dry setting on the AC didn’t do anything. It was extremely musty in the room. Hotel hallway smells like white pepper and the bathroom reeked of urine. It was nice on the outside, but unfortunately lacked the essentials to what a five star experience should be. Area was safe and nice, just dissatisfied with what I was expecting based on past reviews.
