We arrived at the hotel at 3pm which was the checkin time on my booking confirmation. The front desk advised us our actual checkin time was 6pm even though there was a board full of keys to available rooms. We left our bags and took a walk around the hotel where we were promptly stopped and questioned by staff as to where we were going. We left for the shopping district rather than feel like we were being monitored. We came back at 6pm to a very small room that was basically wall to wall beds all of which were hard and horribly uncomfortable. After getting one of the worst nights of sleep we had ever had, we went down to breakfast. Even though there were open tables in the dining room , we were seated at a table in the hallway. This hotel is listed as a “good neighbor” Disney hotel but there is absolutely nothing “Disneyesque” about this property. The atmosphere is one of unwelcomeness and generally inhospitable. If you are coming here to go to the Disney parks, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. We also stayed at the Hilton and would recommend it highly!

Very friend staff! Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. The location was very convenient -- right across the street from Bayside Station. We tried the takeout dinners from the Terrace Cafe (available after 18:00) and they were very tasty and convenient. We also made good use of the convenience store located next to the lobby. I would definitely stay at Hotel Okura again the next time we visit Tokyo Disney!

We only stayed for one night, but my friend and I enjoyed our time here. Checking in and out was so smooth and the staff were very helpful. It’s also during Christmas time too, so the hotel was decorated beautifully. There were many amenities in the room, it was very spacious, and I loved that it was such a short distance to Disney. It was both of our first times there, so thank you for accommodating us.

Excellent maintained hotel! You can’t tell that it’s aged. Everything is like brand new! The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s convenient located next to the Disney train station. The cost is very competitive. The breakfast super delicious. Will definitely come back again!

Hotel Okura was a delightful and charming stay. The rooms very extremely spacious and more than sufficient for my family for 4. While the decor and furnishings were a little dated, the room was clean and comfortable. The toilets were huge, and my kids enjoyed playing in the bathtub. The hotel is also very generous with their shower amenities, with an additional set of facial cleansers and moisturisers for you to use. This was not something I saw in many other hotels. There is a small convenience store in the hotel, though it should be mentioned that the store isn't 24 hours, and closes at 10pm. There are some basic supplies and essential items in the store, but don't expect to see food items like you do in Family Mart or Lawsons. There is a kombini some distance away from Hotel Okura, but do note that it is quite a walk. The hotel breakfast was perhaps what surprised me the most. The hotel has several different restaurant/dining areas around their premises, and all of them are open on different days. On my last day in the hotel, I dined at one of their larger venues on level 1, and was pleasantly suprised by the wide variety of food choices, ranging from local to Western dishes, and even a dedicated kids' section. I'm not sure if the same spread would be offered at all of their venues though.

Very close to the water and the bay side station. It was nice to go out for a walk or a run. Beautiful hotel and awesome staff.

It was close to disney. Amenities were all complete in the room. Children toothbrushes and cups were also provided. It was also very spacious. Staff were all friendly.
