I was happy with most of the services during the stay in Thanksgiving weeks. Kind reception, clean room, and good location. But, over all, the room for two guests was too small for two guests. Especially the gap between bed edge to the wall was too narrow. It was not easy for the person who lay on window side to get off from the bed since they need to pass over the other person.

For my short trip to Japan, this hotel is perfect for solo traveler. I had the semi double room, which is small, but functional, which for the amount of time I spent in the hotel, I did not mind. The location is perfect, in the middle of Ginza, and 15 minutes walk to Tsukiji market for sushi, easy walk to many train lines, including direct train to Haneda and Narita. I was in Tokyo to shop, so it was convenient for me to go back to the hotel to drop things off before going to another shop. I didn’t have to carry many bags with me (or for those who understand shopping in Tokyo, no walking around with a large suitcase… and yes, I was shopping in Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Ginza all in a single day).

Check in and out was so simple. It was like a maze to get my room because of shape of building. I saw dust on the edge of outlet cover, tissue box and so on, I know it’s small thing but if they can clean there then perfect. I’m a cleaner also so I can see those. Totally worth it to stay there.

Noisy, tired, looks better in the photos. Initially refused a spare pillow (room come with single very flat pillows) and had to really haggle for an extra one! Lots of bangs from neighbouring rooms. This was a suitable hotel for a short stay 3 days or less.. it seems to be a new hotel but the rooms were very dated but clean. Pro Toiletries were in lobby, so you can pick up as much as needed each day Luggage storage in lobby and they can ship your bags Walking distance to shops, transportation and many restaurants Quiet location Friendly staff Con The WiFi was painfully slow, if you need to use the WiFi get up early or stay up late when there’s not much guest using it There’s only one washing machine and one dryer No free water in fridge Extremely small room,
