Wonderful stay at Koko hotel.
We had a great stay! Hotel is very close to many subway stations, great restaurants, convenience stores. It is in a very expensive shopping district but even so we were able to find affordable lunch and breakfast! The hotel room was small but that is expected in Japan either way we were there to see the city then go to sleep. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms was very clean!! They stored our bags before and after check in. They provide all types of toiletries as well. I loved the whole experience and will definitely stay again!

The hotel room was compact and outdated, but it was clean and inexpensive. The hotel staff were nice. All the amenities you need are located in the lobby. Hotel is located on a side street so not always easy for taxi drivers to find.

Koko in a great location between Tokyo Station and Ginza shopping district. Rooms are small but acceptable. The Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is clean and the amenities are good. This hotel was excellent for the price, nice quite neighborhood, close to the train station (walkable), lovely staff, rooms are small but I expected it, they had all of the toiletries available and a 7/11 across the street that was open 24 hours. Highly recommend.

The rooms were nice, a standard size compared to the rest of Japan. The staff were very helpful and spoke pretty good English to assist check in. It was in a good location: Tokyo Station is a 20 minute walk and a metro station is about a 5 minute walk, so it's in a good location. A major department store is also around the corner. Overall, I was very happy with this hotel.
