Staff were beyond expectation. Location is top notch. Laundry services were actually in the building which was an improvement from the last time I stayed in Japan hotels. Improvements would be system of only making beds every 3rd day - one of the things with a serviced room is the luxury of looking forward to a freshly made bed everyday after coming back from a day of exploring. I didn’t find the advertisement of western style buffet food for the breakfasts to be accurate but was nice non-the-less. All in all I would stay here again. Thank you to the kind staff!

Love the atmosphere, the system to keep luggage in the lobby area is easy and very convenient. The staff was Amazon very helpful, the room was very clean and space reasonable base on standards for hotel rooms in Japan. Tokyo Station is less than 5 mins in walkable distance.

This is an accommodation of typical business hotel in Japan. Rooms are very small. But the location is very good, closed to Tokyo station. But this is way over priced. I ended up staying for three nights and breakfast menu is very limited and exactly the same I wish they can do more about breakfast menu.

On the Yaesu side and very convenient for Shinkan-sen or express busses. Live this place because there are lots of eateries around the area. You could walk to Kabuki-za and Tsukiji market.
