This is a great value for money hotel with friendly staff, decent breakfast and a free airport shuttle. The hotel is also close to the Bridgeport station. A large Chinese grocery store with well priced selection of fruit is just across the road. What not to like? To me, it's was a 5-star experience.

Not my best hotel experience
This hotel needs a total make over. The furniture, fixture and fittings are so old and the rooms dingy. My room even had a leaking toilet. I asked to cancel my reservation the minute I stepped into the hotel. They said my reservation was prepaid and couldn't process a refund. My options were limited and I opted to take the room so I don't lose. I then left to look for food and I got lucky as there was a new guy at reception who was happy to process a refund as I decided to check out after 1 night to find another hotel. I could hardly sleep, I felt so uncomfortable on the bed, even if it looked clean.

Our family stayed at this hotel on Christmas Eve, and it was a terrible experience. First, the room we were assigned had a damaged wall. Second, the shower curtain was ripped and wouldn’t stay in place, making it very inconvenient,We asked for help but despite cleaning the wet floor they handed us couple of towels to dry the area.Lastly, the room heater made such a loud noise that it kept us awake all night. When we contacted the front desk for assistance, they were unhelpful and suggested I hold the shower curtain while using the shower—completely unacceptable. This stay was extremely disappointing, and we will not be returning to this hotel.

The hotel team was very helpful and quick to offer a shuttle ride for me to meet my son, who was arriving at the airport. My husband and I had driven 7&1/2hrs instead of the usual 2&1/2 to pick him up. A road closure occurred. The shuttle ride to save us some extra driving was wonderful

The hotel stay was fine. The location was convenient, being right by the sky train. However, it was a bit unsettling to walk at night. Despite these minor concerns, the overall experience was pleasant. The room was adequate, although the lighting was poor. Overall, it was a decent place to stay.

I was nervous after reading reviews about cleanliness, but we had no issues. This is an older looking hotel. It’s not as updated as others. But for the price, it was perfect. If you’re looking to take the sky train, it is a short walk away. There is not much around here otherwise, but it’s nice and close to the airport. No complainants. Staff was friendly during our entire stay. Very happy with what we got for what we paid.

Decent Hotel
Overall nice stay. The room was comfortable and I thought the location was pretty good. I will probably stay again but I don’t like how the shuttle service is run. I had a slight change to my schedule and I asked to be put on a later shuttle but I was told since my request was within 24 hrs that I could not change my shuttle and instead would be notified the next time there was an airport pickup.
