This was a very disappointing experience! Parking was horrible to locate. Waiting in the lobby to check in. The elevator was broken waiting another 20 minutes to get to eighth floor. Room had roof leak with water all over furniture and floor. Service was understandable, but unable to accomodate us with a king bed and not walk up four flights of stairs! Would not recommend this place....waiting for a full refund.

Had a decent stay at Days Inn by Wyndham. Pros: Free breakfast, great location near the US embassy and downtown, and the staff kindly gave me a late checkout without me even asking. Cons: The elevator wasn’t working, and being on the 6th floor meant lots of trips up and down. The room was also overpriced for its size and amenities. Overall, a good stay.

The place was decent. A little outdated, the bath rooms could use a refresh. The elevator could be very slow or a no show. The breakfast had no warm foods but was still decent. The dining room was a bit small and people were pressured to leave when a couple new groups showed. But overall for the price, it was decent.

Great Location to Cruise Port and Gastown
The room was small, but it was just two of us, so we didnt mind, as it was just to sleep. We were in town for a cruise, and this hotel is walking distance to the port. Easy enough that we were able to walk with our suitcases no problem. Can also take the train from/to airport, as train station is walking distance. Lastly, it was an easy walk to Gastown, as well as an easy walk to train to get to the ferries that go to Granville. For the price, it was a great hotel. ONLY negative was the hotel was very busy when we were there, and therefore, breakfast area was packed, with not enough seating. We ended up leaving and getting breakfast elsewhere, and we booked this hotel partially due to included breakfast.

Overall a good place to stay, close to things.
Arvin at the front desk was extremely helpful, polite, professional and accommadating. He explained how to get to parking very well, and was always willing to answer a question if I had one. The young lady at the desk Saturday morning was also very helpful in assisting with storing my luggage until I was ready to leave. Breakfast left a bit to be desired, but it was there.

The room was very cramped, noisy and overpriced. The lift was in poor condition and failed to work on at least 2 occasions. Breakfast was marginally okay but was of very limited quality. The hotel is looking very tired and in need of a refit. We would not recommend this venue to anyone.

Staff were great, (most of them). Others were a bit grumpy. Breakfast options are quite weak but that did not matter so much. I had my heart on Tims. To me, there is enough room in the room to place a mini fridge which is important to me but they went without! It is quiet enough too. Room was pretty darn tiny but there is a spot for a mini fridge!
