Great place to stay if you’re visiting Richmond! Close to all the great Asian restaurants and great shopping nearby. Tons of food options for your foodies. Hotel is very clean, friendly staff and plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very comfortable, our room (king bed) was a good size and the area the hotel is in has many options for dining and shopping. It is also a 10 minute shuttle ride from the airport that was on-time, complementary and the drivers were very friendly. Unfortunately, we left an iPad in our room after check out. The staff went above and beyond in assisting us in getting it shipped to Mexico. Our experience was so good that we have re-booked the hotel for our return trip.

Our stay was unplanned, as a result of flight delays. It was very easy and quick to book the room, and catch the airport shuttle to the hotel within a very short time. The room was well appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were wonderful.
