I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. It was spacious and better appointed than I expected of a hotel in this class. I also liked that they picked me up at the airport even thought it was after 11 pm. And it was a ~5 minute walk to the Bridgeport Skytrain station in the morning.

Enjoyed the stay
Nice location if you need to be close to the airport, shuttle is a quick drive to or from the airport, less than 10 minutes. Room was very comfortable. Also, a quick walk - 5 minutes - to the Skytrain which is the nice easy way to downtown versus driving or a cab. Happy to stay here again in the future.

Grab a mop!!!
Get place to a late night fly in. Lobby floor was a mess from fall leaves. Went down for breakfast next morning and still a mess from the leaves. Seriously, does no one know how to use a broom/ mop. Left a very bad impression. Room was good, it’s a transient hotel for catching planes, so expected. But very clean. Breakfast was very good. Not up to Hampton standards but okay stay.

Overnight Stay Near Airport
I stayed overnight going through Vancouver. The shuttle bus driver was quick to pick me up and very friendly. Hotel was modern and clean. Breakfast was nutritious and filling. All the staff were friendly. The hotel close to the airport. Everything I needed for a great overnight stay at a great price.

It was a bit dirty and staff were indifferent. The breakfast was good but no restaurants. It was also expensive and the location is fine for the airport but no enjoyable walking or shopping options and highways all around.

Excellent but not ideal for Big and Tall guests
It was clean and welcoming. Service was excellent. Being a big and tall fellow, I found that the bathroom configuration was uncomfortable, and I actually bruised my leg on the metal toilet paper holder that was locked in place beside the toilet. The desk chair was also very small, and had arms that made sure I couldn't use it. Everything else was excellent, and my family was happy.

I never write reviews bur after staying at this hotel it deserves one. I always stay at the sandman hotel or river rock all my experiences with those were not good. Both are overpriced and do not compare to hampton inn. Hampton Inn is afforable, clean and staff are so nice. Free breakfast and free coffee and tea 24/7. Convenient location. Big asian grocery store right across the street open until midnight. walking distance to sky train. Liquor store right across the street. Definitely will come back again and will recommend to everyone.

This is a well kept property that is very conveniently located to the airport with shuttle service to YVR. We were picked up in a timely way and checked in quickly. The check in person gave us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant within easy walking distance. The room is clean and comfortable with lots of outlets for all your charging needs.

Rooms were run down,fixtures were in need of repair,was not able to contact hotel for shuttle ride so we had to take a cab for $30, breakfast was terrible,not a satisfactory experience!!
