This hotel was difficult to find. We were charged extra for parking. First time ever charged for parking at a hotel. There were ants in the room. We complained and said it would be looked into by room service. Room service never came the next day. More ants discovered. We would not recommend this hotel.

Rats in the parking lot is an indication of managements’ concern for cleanliness and customer impression. Room itself was ok and linens clean. Bathroom was acceptable. All quite dated. Value questionable for the price but was located close to where we needed be. Whitespot located within hotel was surprisingly good and their staff very pleasant.
