Nice stay. I found it’s convenient to stay close to airport and at Richmond it’s at the Center, can go anywhere easily but only if you rent a car during your trip. And close to airport so no need to rush to airport

Brutal Stay
First and last time staying at this hotel. They need to do a serious review of their procedures to deal with guest noise complaints. Had to complain 4 times on the same issue and was basically told I was lying. If a guest has to complain more than once you’re failing. A complete lack of sleep ruined my trip. Then on the final night I notice the bathroom ceiling is covered in disgusting stains of some kind. Don’t even want to know what it was, They looked like they’d been there for a long time. If they’re missing that kind of detail who knows what other cleanliness is being overlooked at this property. Will never be back.

Stayed for one night as we had an appointment downtown and this was best choice and the price was right. It was great having a pool that our kids loved. Only thing I did not love about it was the women’s change room was in the middle of the hotel / tennis club gym and it was a little bit of a walk to the pool and back to get changed after. It was nice having a casual restaurant attached as we had travelled all over that day and it was nice to grab some appies for our late dinner. Hotel room was clean and the bed was comfy

The amenities and location were very ideal for us. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. They are pet friendly, however be aware they will downgrade your room, floor level, and view. They will also charge 30$/night per pet.
