Nice Place for a Quick Trip
Had a nice visit over New Year’s. Enjoyed the festivities in the lounge on New Year’s Eve. The patio at Fathom was pleasant, and we enjoyed the fondue. Beds were firm, the bathtub was deep, and the shower wasn’t low-flow (all pluses for me). The pool and hot tub were busy but good. Great location.

Our stay at this hotel was great! Our room had a lovely view of the harbour, our king-size bed was very comfortable, breakfast in the Fathom restaurant was scrumptious! Although I had requested an earlier check-in time, it was actually later than what is stated on their website. However, in lieu of the late check-in (during Christmas week) we received a voucher to use in the restaurant. A very nice touch!

Had a great stay with the family, it was such a walkable area with plenty of food options and shopping. Just a block away from the museum and across the street from the government building. The swimming facilities were great, with a lap pool, children’s pool and hot tub. The indoor pool was nice and warm, and the sauna and steam room were a nice option.

We particularly loved the friendly, attentive service, the amazing location, and the close proximity to the bus that runs to/from the ferry terminal! We look forward to staying here again.

We had a beautiful Harbour view and right next to the Parliament buildings which we did a tour of one of our days. The staff were so friendly and amazing! We loved the location of this hotel and it's amenities.

Average - nothing to write home about. Wish they would put the special event in a particular ball room instead of hosting it in the lobby and check in area. Make the hotel’s small lobby area hard to walk by. The lobby was so crowded the whole time we stayed, like a flea market. No ambiance of a fine hotel…
