We loved the penthouse suite and will definitely book there again. The staff were really nice and friendly - service is great! Would be nice to have more amenities in the hotel. Parking was just too tight. The wifi was weak and has dead zones within the room. We could hear the noise from the street at night. Overall, our family had a great time!

We had an amazing one night stay and wished it was longer because of our room. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with the living area over looking the harbor. The place was absolutely amazing. We were greeted with a smile and wonderful suggestions on night life nearby. All the places were with walking distance. I recommend this hotel.

Amazing place to stay on a family getaway! Our suite was very comfortable, and quiet. Spacious, excellent for pack of teenagers. Beautiful view of the harbour, excellent shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Definitely our new "go-to" in Victoria!
