We were warned by the hotel that they were doing renovations but when we arrived it was much more than expected. Longer walk to the front desk, no amenities available, tons of construction noise, etc.

They are doing renovations at the moment. They called us to let us know that their pool would be closed due to renovations, but when we got there the whole property was under reno. We woke up on the holiday Monday at 8:30 AM tothe sound of drilling (you're not even allowed to be doing construction on holidays).

Worst Hotel Experience of my Life

Worst hotel experience in my life. When we arrived at the front, the main lobby gates were closed and under renovation, with no staff to greet us. The front had no parking signs so it was unclear where we were supposed to go. We had to call the reception to ask how to park and get into the lobby. Since the main gates were closed, we had to walk through a busy bar just to get to the front desk. Some of the walls inside are also taken out and it does not look nice. We booked this hotel to celebrate my birthday and specifically for the pool, but the pool was closed. They said we could use the other hotel’s pool but we had to walk through the village in our swim gear to get there and it took around 10min. The room had no menu, and the TV is cable only. We paid around $751 total for two nights but it is not worth it at all. They would not give any refund and we are extremely unsatisfied. We contacted hotels.com to ask for a refund but no word yet, hoping we can get some reimbursement. The parking also costed an extra $37.

Poor Accommodation & taking customers for granted

I wish you could have told me none of the hotel amenities would be available prior to booking the room. No amenities were available due to remodel. In fact you have to walk around the hotel cut through mid-chief bar Hilton can do better just failure throughout the hotel. Even the staff were embarrassed!!!!!!

Hotel lobby was under construction but they waved resort fee which we really appreciated. The shuttle bus was awesome as the weekend we went it was raining a lot.

The hotel was undergoing construction so the noise level woke us up. The rooms need better sound proofing. But it was very central to everything so that was great

Our stay was wonderful! Staff is incredibly friendly and the rooms are spotless, comfortable, and spacious. The location in the village is perfect. I will say the only downside is the noise transfer between rooms (we could hear the other guests in a room next to us due to an adjoining door) but that’s tough to avoid at a hotel.

Overall stay was good. The hotel was nice enough to let us check in early (3 hours earlier) and check out a late (1 hour later), which helped when traveling with an infant. Couple things we noted during our stay: - infant crib can be requested at no charge; however, they didn’t have an appropriately sized fitted sheet for it and used a folded flat sheet instead. This was ok, I had brought my own sheet. Crib mattress is more the size of a pack and play versus a full sized crib. - bed was very comfortable - room was clean - kitchen had basic amenities, sufficient for a short stay. - there was a room service tray on the ground outside of our room for almost the length of our entire stay (removed the morning of the third day) - there was a real fireplace in our room so it smelled like one; wasn’t great for our child but could be a nice touch for some to enjoy - hotel is seemingly undertaking extensive renovations. Areas were closed off, including the pool, concrete trucks were pulling in, overhead work was happening during the day which were occasionally loud. Not great for infant day naps so we tried to do those outside of the hotel. - good central location - bell hop was super helpful and friendly
