The staff was wonderful. It was a great location to walk to shops and restaurants. We didn't have a view but spent little time inside as we were there to enjoy the area. It is a little dated but overall we were happy.

The check-in was somewhat difficult as there was no one at the desk. Per the note on the desk, I was instructed to call for service. I then got help from a nice man named Cooper. We drove to another location to check-in. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. It was clean

This place was amazing!! We came w/ another couple and we all agreed we will be back. The young man at the front desk was very nice! No issues on anything, the loft was clean and relaxing!

This is my third stay over a 4 year period. My friend and I love the location, the loft room, pool and especially the staff. The staff ensure to make your stay comfortable and convenient. There were minor issues with our room, the sofa bed could be upgraded or change mattress on it as it wasn’t that comfortable. We will in a heart beat continue to stay here for all future trips. Like to thank the front desk people that worked the BC weekend from Friday-Sunday they were excellent!

It was a nice and quiet stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedding can use some work the pillows were not very comfortable. Walking distance to Whistle Village Gondola. They have underground parking which is nice and it is available few hours after checkout time.
