The landscaping & planted flowers were beautiful! The lobby is welcoming & clean and the service was very good. Our room was ready before check in time and we were upgraded to a suite on the same floor as the rest of our family without asking. My kids loved the pool although we wished it was bigger with a better patio space. We didn’t eat at the hotel this time but we’ve eaten there before and enjoyed it (if it was a bit over priced for the selection) There’s really cool shopping/browsing options on the second floor full of interesting and unique art pieces and clothing. Very close to the Whistler gondola, coffee, Rocky Mountain chocolate factory, zogs, sushi, Mexican, etc. all the good things

Our family had a great time! The pool is super fun with indoor and outdoor options. The staff super friendly everywhere we went from the front desk to restaurant to valet to cleaning staff. Thanks for a fun time!

We asked to get a room with balcony and were accommodated right away. Water bottles were offered which I like. Staff was friendly and hotel is close to everything.
