3rd time and it gets better
We spent our third visit to Belles Cottage within 2 years and our experience was as good if not better than our first 2 visits so much so we are planning our next stay with Jane and Fergus. This time around I had a conference in the city. I was able to balance my work at the conference with the “extra curricular” activities on tap in the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale. Jane’s attention to detail has not waivered. You will not be disappointed however please ensure you do not book the Cottage when we are planning our next trip to Adelaide! Geoff

Wedding stay
We stayed at Belles Cottage for our wedding night. We were amazed at how clean and stunning the place was. We used the 2-way open fireplace at night to create the cozy feel. We also had a hit of tennis on the immaculate condition. Jane was always easy to contact and we will definitely be back to stay for another anniversary! Thanks!

Such a beautiful little cottage with some stunning winter/autumn scenery. Perfect weekend away for a couple, small family or a few friends. The fire was lovely for the cold evenings. Super close to Stirling & Aldgate! Owners were easy to communicate and everything was wonderful including items to cook breaky at the cottage. We will definitely be back

Beautiful property, would highly recommend!
Friends and I stayed at Belle's cottage for two nights and absolutely loved it! It is a beautifully designed and decorated property and the host, Jane, has thought of everything and added plenty of touches to make it feel like home. The wood heater is just amazing and warms the whole house. Breakfast provisions were delicious. We all wanted to move in, ha ha! Thank you Jane for a wonderful stay, we will be back! Amie

very very comfortable, host was most helpful. Great fire and plenty of fire wood. Couldn't work out the Smeg oven, however nice places to eat out in and around Stirling. All in all we had a very special weekend catching up with family, and staying at Belle's was a real positive.

5 star luxury in the Adelaide Hills
Every attention to detail and no expense has been spared in the presentation of Belle's Cottage. We usually stay in high end accommodation and Belle's Cottage delivers in spades. The owner Jane is the perfect host both accommodating and providing helpful tips throughout our stay. The location is the perfect jump off point to the Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, Adelaide and surrounds. Jane's family dog Arlo's visits were a treat. We will definitely be returning here. 11 out of 10

Continues to live up to expectations
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We stayed with some friends to celebrate the New Year and a birthday. We already knew how great this place was but now we have another 2 converts. A great way to unwind. Peaceful, absolutely what everyone needed to say goodbye to 2020. Best ingredients available for the big breakfast. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience again.

Groomsmen's cottage
My groomsmen & I stayed at this property in the leadup to our wedding, and we were blown away. First of all, if you think the photos are stunning, the actual house itself will take your visionary senses to that next level. Rustic and warm, with a slick touch of modernism blended in. We were in awe, with my mates and even our photographer asking us a bunch of questions about the property so that they too could stay here in the future. Our photographer who has a decade plus of experience under his belt filming weddings around the world said it was the best cottage hes ever seen. Legitimately. Secondly, additional features if hosting larger guests. The owners provided ample supplies for us to cook more than enough breakfast to feed four grown men. There was a lot we didnt use too. Fresh eggs from the chicken coup, a herb garden free for us to use, a footy oval, well maintained tennis court, basketball ring, surrounding gardens and driveways; Adelaide Hills scenery exemplified. Very secluded too from the main road, but easy to find, and the owners made it easy to check in and out. You will feel like you are a world away. Finally, the owner's customer service. Great communication from the get go online, always happy to give advice re where to eat or what kind of scenery shots are available for photo opps, and even home baked cookies with a personalised note - she knew how to be personal, attentive, and welcoming, whilst giving us our space so that we felt like we had truly gotten away from the everyday hustle and bustle of life. This was an unforgettable experience that set the tone for a weekend that will live in our hearts forever, and it has my highest recommendation if you are considering a getaway house in the hills for a special occasion. Thankyou.

Forget about the daily grind and unwind
From the moment we arrived at the property, it felt like we had escaped the daily grind of work and were having a holiday. The place itself was perfect. It was as promised – large kitchen area, lots of areas to relax, clean and spacious bedrooms, a fireplace (ready to light with kindling and logs) and ingredients to make breakfast including fresh eggs which we had every morning. The place was immaculately clean, and really felt like we were staying in a home, not a rental property. We wanted to play tennis – no problem. Tennis racquets with tennis balls supplied. We have stayed in quite a few properties previously but this is the first time where we are already planning when we can come back here to stay again. Meeting the owners’ dog was just the extra little touch which completed the stay. Thank you for helping to make our stay the experience it was.

Beautiful Property
Jane was a pleasurer to deal with. Breakfast provisions were wonderful. Property is immaculately clean and it had many wonderful thoughtful items to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. We had a lovely winter stay by the fire getting through many books and enjoying the luxury of this property. We ventured out for meals and found great places very close but still felt like we were staying in our own little word whilst at the property. Will definitely be back.

Weekend Getaway
Beautifully presented quaint cottage. Peaceful, private location. The cottage fitted the four of us comfortably and we enjoyed our evenings in front of the fire. Our days were full off sightseeing and it was great to have a smart TV available to watch a larger range than free to air TV. We were able to make full dinners in the well equipped kitchen. Jane made the stay quite pleasant and was ever so helpful and accommodating with our booking, nothing seemed too difficult. Will definitely be back again.

Fantastic short stay!
We stayed at Belles cottage for 2 nights with my husband and 2 young children, 3 and 5 and had a wonderful time! The property was so cosy and the country side surrounding the property and It’s surrounds are just exquisite! The food provisions were plentiful and added a nice touch to feeling at home at the property. Jane was very obligingly and accomodating! We can’t wait to visit again.
