The location of this property is great, easy walk to Disneyland, short walk to the bus stop if you want to catch the ART buses to the park instead. We were assigned an upstairs room but my parents have trouble using stairs, luckily they were able to assign us a room on the ground floor.

Perfect hotel to rest or heads after a long day at Disneyland. Very close to Disneyland and we could easily walk there which was perfect!

Free parking and early check in time
I've stayed in many Disneyland area hotels/motels and this will be a good affordable one to keep in the rotation. Their standard check in time is early at 2pm, which is very convenient when you want a place for a mid afternoon park day nap. The walk to and from the park wasn't too long and felt safe, plus the Walgreens is nearby if you need to pick something up. Parking being included was key as we had a car during this trip so it didn't feel like there were hidden fees. Breakfast is the basic packaged muffins and banana but it's something. Room and bathroom were clean and though the heater is loud, it was great for white noise.

In general as others have stated, property was clean which is important for us. Some updates but very basic set up. Hard mattress but good enough after a long day at the park. Breakfast is VERY limited to granola bars, pre packaged muffins, oatmeal, coffee and OJ I’d hardly call that breakfast which was disappointing because we chose this location over others because of the breakfast option. Very loud! Our room was located next to what I think are permanent residents whose child cried/screamed ALL night our 1st and 2nd night. Can hear upstairs stomping. In general stay was ok, served it’s purpose but I can’t say I’d stay here again.
