A few maintenance and upgrades are needed but overall was a great place to stay. The shuttle service and the shuttle drivers were exceptional! We will be staying here again!

Not the first time we stayed here and it won’t be the last. When we go to Disneyland we love staying here every time. We enjoy the free shuttle to and from the parks. The little store inside the hotel definitely has everything you need just incase you forget. Don’t miss out on those breakfast sandwiches or burritos they were a hit and came in handy when we were short on time. The breakfast buffet is open early and gave us enough time incase we needed to sleep in.

I loved the restaurants in the hotel and the aracade, room could have been cleaner. A/C worked fabulous. Our room was right by the ice machine, very noisy.

I did not like that the AC seem to be stuck on 78° despite turning the fan on high and we’re having pool to the lowest temperature in the up and down button seem to not even work. However, the cleanliness and castle garden theme, plus the shadow keep us coming back, and we love this hotel for our stays to go to Disneyland.

Loved that I didn’t have to take apart my stroller, the drivers just put the whole thing, bags and all and rolled it in. Close to restaurants and u can eat at restaurants on property.

Not what it used to be, stay elsewhere.
We paid extra for a premium king room that had “recently been remodeled“. Half of the outlet didn’t work and the ones that did the chargers would just fall back out of them as they were so old. The windows were so filthy. We could not see out. The bathroom door did not close properly, the tub did not hold water unless we put a plastic cup upside down to seal the drain, and the sink stopper was rusted. We used to stay at this hotel annually years ago and it did not look like anything in the room had been remodeled at all, except possibly new carpet. There is construction in the lobby so it’s somewhat of a mess. No room service and the employees are rude and abrupt. We used the shuttle to get into the parks, but the shuttle was never running on time so it was difficult to judge when they would be arriving and leaving.
