Second time

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. Amazing and friendly staff. The rooms are big and cozy. Beds are comfortable. The shuttle to Disneyland is convenient even though it’s only about $8-$10 per uber ride. We will continue to stay here in the future.

We fell in love with this property. Beautiful koi pond, all the grounds were festively decorated. Welcoming fire place, friendly staff. I even did a load of laundry. Made friends with the male and female mallard on the property. Literally turn right then immediately left and you enter Disney parking.

The room was clean and for the most part (besides Disneyland fireworks), it was very quiet. The deli was very convenient for getting breakfast. There was hair in the shower, so that was one reason why I put four stars. They obviously don't clean the shower/tub well enough. There also weren't a whole more of outlets to plug things into. My cousin injured her foot and had to wear a medical boot. I called beforehand and let them know that she was injured. They supposedly put a note in my account about it. I asked that we be put on the first floor or at the very least, a room close to the front elevator. Instead, they put us on the third floor at the very back of the hotel. That was disappointing, too, after saying that they could make accommodations for her.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 separate times. The staff are the best thing about this hotel. They are so kind, positive, and helpful. The complimentary Disneyland shuttle is a wonderful perk of staying at this hotel. It has really cute, themed designs throughout the hotel and the gardens are nice. The lobby shop comes in handy for snacks, drinks, or souvenirs. However, this hotel is very dated. The shuttle buses are very old and dirty. When I walked barefoot across the carpet (in my hotel room), my feet felt sticky. The bathroom floor was pretty gross and you can see they have tried to fix/patch up some areas. The shower pressure is nothing, it sucks honestly. The shower head was also too high for me to reach it, to try and change the angle or the speed of the water (and I'm 5'8). This hotel is close enough to the park you'll hear the fireworks and maybe even see them. You also stay next to some very noisy families with littles (who stay up very late). I don't know if I'll be staying here again but this hotel could definitely use a refurb. It's a decent option for affordability and close access to the parks.

Perfect for a family get away!

My grandsons love staying here when we go to Disneyland because of the large family suites which enables us to stay together. They also love watching the fireworks from our room. This visit we actually visited the pool which they loved as well!

Family drove from Northern California and arrived at the hotel around 1:00 PM. We had checked in, but went straight to Disneyland without going to the room as we didn’t want to miss the shuttle. Upon finally arriving to our room, at about 11:30-12:00 at night we were shocked by the confusion of the room. Dark,limited lighting, musky. But upon closure expecting there was dark mold built up in the bathroom walls. Be late with tired kids I had decided to request a different room the next morning. Along with a shower drain that didn’t drain…. But once we had finally got into bed, the sheets were moist and cold, thinking they will warm up once we get in, but no they were actually moist from the humidity from the AC. This AC had a water dropping sound all night keep ing us up.the following morning I brought this up to the front desk manager who did offer us a new room in the main building. Stating I should had said something that night so we didn’t be bothered…I told him that’s too late at night to deal with that. But he said he will bring this up to engineering to be fixed. Also he stated next time I should book rooms in the main building as they are better and updated.. but that doesn’t explain the point of mold, noisy AC and moist cold sheets.. Yes, the new room was much better. But the inconvenience of having to gather our stuff and children to make a room move to the main building took time out of our day at Disneyland. Unfortunately, we won’t return.

This is generally our go to hotel when we are in the area for Disney trips. Usually we are more than pleased and impressed with the property. Sadly on this trip, we were a bit disappointed in the condition of the tower we stayed in. It was a bit run down and old feeling. Lots of dark corners and chipped paint but still clean. We will more than likely start here again because we love the staff and location and the other towers/rooms are top notch

The hotel was so fun and vibrant. Dressed up for the spooky season and Disney splendor. It was fun just to walk around the hotel. The food was better in the little cafe than it was in the actual restaurant.

Staff was excellent. Lots of amenities. Only real issue was that we had very minimal outlets and the ones we did have were very loose, so you can’t use them.

The hotel staff and the shuttle staff are really amazing. The hotel is very clean and very cute. The rooms needs some updating and some TLC. We’ve stayed here before and I will likely stay here again because of the convenience to Disneyland Parks and easy use of the shuttle.

Perfect atmosphere for family vacation. Kid-centered and beautiful grounds. Loved having breakfast by the Koi pond with the ducks.
