I was in room 1204. Noisiest room I’ve ever been in. All I heard was freeway traffic, sirens, loud cars. And then there’s a door that goes outside to the parking lot right as you walk out of my room. People were going in and out all night. Got zero sleep from all the noise. The bistro restraunt looked promising but ended up being expensive and disappointing. Do not get the Alfredo, it was awful. Only good thing about this place was the shuttles. No wait times, they seemed to always be right there and the drivers were very friendly. Don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

“Well loved, been around the block” if you want a quiet, clean, warm shower, and a comfortable place to rest your head after a long day of lines and crowds. This is not the place for you. I will say staff were fine, the photos are accurate and you get what you pay for. Actually shout out to the staff who did have to deal with some unnecessarily rude guests (calm down they didn’t advertise to be the four seasons). It is walkable to the parks for adults (little less than 30 minutes), easy Uber ride from the park for those who don’t know that Disney’s pickup bay 13 is between 7 and 19 for the shuttle. However, the property did feel very safe.

Check in was quick… the person checking me in seemed to be in a rush didn’t mention room upgrade (even if not available), arrived at the room to find spoiled food from the previous guest in the fridge one of the bed sheets had a urine stain the bathroom tub had hair from the previous guest the worst experience since my family and I traveled to this hotel…the employee that i asked to check me out at the counter was RUDE i had finished check out and made me put the card keys in the basket next to her (we pay her wages she has a job because of us consumers ) i had my hands full no remorse (i know it sounds petty but small things like this make customers not come back)

The bathrooms are a little dated/run down. But the beds were super comfy and rooms were clean. The staff was amazing! We loved the movie night in the courtyard, the pool was awesome. Having a shuttle to get to the parks were great, would totally stay there again.

So beautiful, you can watch Disney fireworks from the parking lots! Nice pool, the breakfast was so nice, the dining area is nice you can dine indoors or outdoors with beautiful views! Have garden all around, It was really magical!

Hotel was lovely. Staff extremely pleasant. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Drawback was bathroom does not has exhaust fan. Our towels and condiments were not replenished daily. We had to ask.

It is a great property overall. It was clean and beautiful, decorated nicely. You can tell that they really spent money on the lobby, grounds and the ambiance of it all. The rooms over pretty big, even oversized in some instances. But what you get in a very big room as far as space they really took from the bathrooms. These bathrooms are ridiculously small!! So small that you could stand in the tub and reach out and touch the counter of the sink. It’s crazy!! We had the loft style room and in the bedroom there was only 1 visible outlet that was across the room at the top of the stairs. Not a visible outlet on or near either nightstand or television, we had to charge our phones, watches and power banks on the sink where there was only 1 outlet. The main elevator is very small but I guess that okay. They do have free shuttle service to Disneyland and they have about 3 busses that run all day long. Overall it’s a great hotel for the price point. I’ve stayed there now 2 times. The staff is nice and courteous and very helpful. I didn’t get a chance to try the buffet but it did look and smell great!!

Our room was very hot most of the time, super dark room even with the curtains open, bathroom was pretty dirty (I would not use the bathtub for my baby to sit in) and the drawers on our dresser would not shut at all. If we had a toddler it would definitely be a safety hazard. I also hate that hotels now do not service your room anymore. I’m a mom on vacation, please come make the bed for me so I’m not cleaning on my vacation. Spend the extra money and get a better hotel. Rant over lol

The staff was great. The furniture seems dated but in good condition. There was a mess outside our room prior to us checking in for three days until we finally mentioned the mess. Once mentioned, the staff did take quick action.

this stay was bad. the rooms was loud and dirty. The bus drivers were crazy and yelling at people. a door slammed every 20 minutes all night and day from the storage room .

Dont stay here

The rooms are run down and left dirty. The elevators sound like they are about to break and one of them was broken. Staff was unable to offer any help. First room had broken air conditioning and the staff did nothing after 2 hours of waiting for a repair man. The hotel shuttle service was late or so full you had to stand or wait for another ride. The restaurant was slow and got upset when i asked server to give me my 20% discount. I will never stay again.
