Clean and comfortable beds, outdated hotel. Hot tub was nice, pool was clean. the kids water pad was cute. Breakfast provided had a good variety and was great tasting, excellent coffee. You have to be seated in the restaurant area and remain there for the breakfast. Note that it is NOT 'a block' from DL! It is actually about a 5 block walk through the Disney hotel and you will not get the Iconic front entrance experience to either park. The bus pick up in front of is a convenient option. There is a convenient store and pizza restaurant next door, as well as dinner served in the hotel. Other than than, it's in a residential area, away from the shops, restaurants and hotel strip of Disney parks.

I would not recommend staying here. While the closeness to the Disney Parks was good (about 20 mins walking), that was probably the only positive. The rooms are dated and not the cleanest. Our deadbolt didn’t work at all which made both of us in the room feel unsafe. There was no safe in the room to put any valuables in either. The carpets in the room felt wet and sticky and the shower didn’t work at all. I was glad we were only staying two nights.

Was told five minutes before arriving to the motel that we would not be in the two queen size bedroom that we booked. Instead, we were put in a one single size bedroom so I had to sleep on the hard, dirty floor, while my wife and daughter slept in the small bed. Was finally moved to our correct room at 11 pm the next night. House keeping did not come once during our four night stay to either room even after I told the front desk staff multiple times a day that house keeping was not coming to clean our rooms. We had to take out our own trash each day, reuse towels for showers and the bed sheets were not changed once. Staff was rude and could care less about our complaints or that we were put into a tiny wrong room for nearly half of our stay.

The rooms are super outdated for the price. It definitely needs to be remodeled to be up to date to the rest of the Holiday Inns I have stayed in. Our fridge wasn’t working properly so some of our food went bad. The front desk people were nice and helpful but the lady who manages the buffet which at this holiday inn it cost money charged my child as an Adult seeing he was a kid. I feel like she does this a lot because when I went to tell her she told me I still had to pay I said that was fine but if she sees a child don’t charge them as an adult charge what price you set. This place is a scam and the worst Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at.
