The hotel was nice overall. I did not know turndown services needed to requested for my stay. The key to rooms would not work, later found out the battery had died for the keypad. The televisions were not operational until service worker made some adjustments.

We stayed here for a Disneyland trip andbit was perfect for our family. Really appreciated the kitchenette and breakfast buffet. Great walking distance from Disneyland. Staff was very kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Worst night stay
Horrible shower didn’t work or the phone when I went to complain there was nothing they could do told me to call Monday and complain to the manager. I stay here every year for universal Halloween horror night and it was the worst I will not be staying here again in the future.

Basic sterile and dingy room. Shower took forever to heat up and pipes were loud. Expected more for what I paid.

Always like staying here for our Disney trips. Walkable ro Disneyland, many food options, stores right next door, great full breakfast. Best overall place to stay.
