This stay is perfect for my family of 5 with the bunk and pull our sofa, and a bed for my husband and I. But itā€™s a bummer I never get my Hyatt rewards points because I book through 3rd party instead of direct.This branch makes a ton of money and are on the higher end for sure, but there is a parking fee which is the same as Disneylands price, which kills me to pay because my Disney pass already has parking. So add that to your cost as well. Itā€™s about a 10 minute walk from Disneyland, and convenient for sleeping. Breakfast is a great option but it ends at 9am which is really early in my opinion. The pull out sofa had some stains that could use some cleaning. But it fits our family well, and is in a convenient location, but just beware there is no escaping the homelessness in Disneyā€™s surrounding areas.

Pros: good breakfast, family suite is nice as it has bunk beds, 10 min walk to Disney Cons: walls/door are VERY thin. We were woken several times through the night due to people talking/running down the hall. The woken again by people showering either late at night or very early in the morning (5am). On the days we went to Disney, we were so exhausted we slept through it though.

I booked 4 nights of staying at this property based on the good location and 6 people room with competitive rate are. Staff were friendly. However, we were quite disappointed that our room was not being cleaned once until the 4th day staying. We felt like entering a pigsty returning to our room after spend whole day at the Disney park. The front desk supervisor Andrew was notified and to show apology, he offered us a $40 credit for lobby bar. Since I never received anything in written, I think he may forgot about this which is not attractive to me at all. We ended up have to change our own bed sheets and etc after getting so exhausted. Room floor was still dirty, garbage bin was full and bath room was still dirty...Very unpleasant experience.
