The room was a nice size. The bathroom was fabulous. The shower-divine. Parking was $65 a day. Too much. No microwave on the premises. And the rooms could have been cleaned better.

Mickeys Marriott. We loved the walkabity (15 mins from hotel room door to front gates - cut through the mall out the back to Disney Way) but also multiple ART buses (6 and 7) drop off around the entrances.

We had an excellent stay as a family with two little ones. The property is very well maintained. The room was nicely decorated and clean, the pool was great and heated with plenty of comfy lounge chairs, with great poolside dining options. The most impressive thing is the service and the staff, upon check-in, we were greeted by Joy, he was extremely pleasant and patient, explained to us the many amenities and offers we can enjoy as hotel guests. We asked if our room had a view of the fireworks at night, and he offered to upgrade our room to one that can see the fireworks. We were also offered free daily breakfast buffets, the breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of food options. Joy was also very pleasant and friendly to our two girls. Everytime we walked by the lobby area, if he was around, he would always greet us. Another staff that I would like to give a shoutout is Scott, he was also very helpful and pleasant, also went out of his way and greeted us whenever we walked by the lobby area, and patiently answered our questions. For the hotel location, it’s a short 5-10 mins walk to Disneyland shuttles, and there are many dining options in Garden Walk, which is just outside (and connected to) the hotel. Overall, it was an excellent and very happy experience, we would love to go back next time when we go to Disneyland again.

When I book the the reservation it says free wifi but when I checked in I was told I need to pay for some other fees in order to get free wifi. I have to download the app and registered myself an account and codes authorization sent to email to verify for all electronic devices to get free wifi. I don’t know why they made things not convenient for you and we didn’t even have much time to stay in the room as this was our Dinsneyland trip - out in the early morning back in the late evening.
