Not worth it
DO NOT STAY HERE! Apparently there is an extended stay portion of this hotel or maybe even apartments. Not that that is an issue in itself, it's the people living there. There were unsupervised children running around, cars in the parking lot that looked like they had their whole house packed up in it, a burnt down car in the parking lot.... It wasn't as "picture perfect" as you would expect from the listing. The front door of the room had about an inch gap in the bottom and the dead bolt barely closed. Someone could easily push the front door open if they really wanted to. Then when looking out the window at man that had been wandering aimlessly around, he sat at the bench across from my room and lit up a c**k pipe. We immediately left, never even staying longer than 15 minutes after being at the property. Hotel would not refund ANY money for a 2 night stay because we did not cancel 24 hours in advance. Like we knew the place was going to be a dump. The pictures make it looks safe and beautiful. I learned a hard lesson... Always read the reviews before booking!

Arrived at property around 930pm and had to wait several minutes before someone came to front desk. The person was not very friendly and seemed annoyed that he had to help me. After checking in got the key to the room, heading to room there were Cheetos all over the hallway several smashed so had been there for some time. At approximately 1:30 am a hotel staff member attempted to my room. I had chain on so they were not fully able to get in. They were questioning if I had paid for the room because her paper didnā€™t show anyone listed in being in that room. Said she was going to check there records and come back. She never came back so I went to front d so and the she said that her sheet was wrong and that is why she was trying to get in the room because she thought it was empty. No apology or any other acknowledgment of being wrong

Out of the rest in Anaheim, its a very odd place, invest in a better hotel. Hard to get parking in the night, it be full , really full. Sketchy people but from what it is, its manageable

Very dirty, trash everywhere, illegal migrants live there, while we were there a car belonging to an American traveling alone was torched. The place was full of Venezuelans, Hondurans. All there illegally, it was very scary, we rebooked and left that hotel, we were traveling with a 7 year old who was scared to be there.

Staff was okay and willing to change rooms but the condition of said rooms was unacceptable. There was atleast 20 people outside partying in the parking lot all night, rooms were very dirty with spiderwebs on the ceiling and mold on the wall in the bathroom. Bed was not made and the walls were so thin we might as well have been sharing the room with the neighbors. I wonā€™t be coming back.

Bu far this was one of the worst places to stay, was not able to sleep all night, to begin the ac fid not work, the parking was horrible, there were lots of people badically living there, looks like they are housed there, was super noisy, the bedroom was dirty , smelled like mold and cigarette.

Do not stay here, not worth the price.
I donā€™t recommend anyone staying here. We were completely caught off guard upon arrival. Its like 2/3 of the hotel has large loud inconsiderate families permanently living there and only small section connected to office is actual hotel rooms still. Parking was horrible because those families hang out in the parking spots with chairs and many cars ended up being parked in red fire zones. As others said, there is still a burnt vehicle in one of the parking spots. People had loud music in the common area and there were unattended children running around everywhere. Lots of yelling that even the maid asked people to stop fighting/yelling and they ignored her. The rooms itself were gross too. Barely clean, the tv in one room barely worked. Hot water barely lasted for one quick 10 min shower so horrible if multiple in one room. Honestly, had we had the money, we wouldā€™ve left the first day. Donā€™t be deceived by the pictures and probably fake good reviews.

This place is pretty bad, nothing like the pictures on line. People smoking weed like no tomorrow. No parking space, very noisy all day and night, people fighting on the hallways, very durty from inside and outside. This place is located in a bad location with junkee, homeless people. Very disappointed, please don't stay here. I have never had an experience before.

The pictures were very misleading, the surrounding area looked sketchy, two police cars pulled up as we were going to check in, there was a completely burnt car in the parking lot and carpets were dirty, no elevators, super noisy, we ended up leaving less than 20 mins after arriving because as soon as we got to our room all we can hear is the noise from the people outside the window, kids screaming when it was already close to midnight. We felt very unsafe so we ended up leaving. Definitely regret not researching and reading the reviews on this one. Wouldn't recommend staying here with your little ones. The staff was decent as seemed like she was just there doing her job and was respectful and nice.

Please save yourself from going to this hotel! Pictures need to be updated immediately of how it really looks. -3 parking spots taken from a guy that literally lives there -Random people took a parking spot to with couches there and smoking cigarettes chilling -A car that has been burnt and just sitting there -one random person parked there but doesnā€™t seem to have a room -Very suspicious lady that just came to do some deals with someone which blocked our path to get in the parking lot Now the whole room setting just donā€™t even think about it trust me smells like cigarettes and etc.

Worst place our family has ever stayed at. The staff is nice. once you go through the gates itā€™s a horror scene. Burned cars. What looks like a compound for foreigners who look like they live on property permanently. Their children are running around in the parking lot and even witnessed a group of young boys smoking cigarettes.this is just the outside property. The inside is just as bad. We had a non smoking room that had one king bed and Two full sized beds. That is originally why we rented the room was for our family of 4 to have their own beds. The room had what looked like stains on the carpet of dirt and the carpet was so worn out. The walls had stains. This place was the epitome of filth.The only positive thing I have to say about this place was the staff was sweet and the shower head in the shower was nice.
