Not gonna lie these beds were pretty darn hard. Other than that everything went well. Our fridge was not working upon arrival and let staff know. By the time we came back from dinner they had replaced the entire unit. Let me tell you it feels so nice being so close to Disney. Would recommended!!

We have stayed at several properties in the surrounding property when visiting Disneyland. But nothing beats the walk to and from the Tropicana to the parks. At the end of a long day it is a relief to not have to walk an additional 15 minutes. The front desk clerk was very kind and allowed us to check in early. We had clean towels everyday. We did not use the pool but many families seem to have really enjoyed it.

We loved our room, and the service provided by all, from the parking attendants, office staff and cleaning staff. Room was fabulous. If I could change anything it would be that parking was not included in the cost of the room - the room fee was high enough that I feel the parking should have been inclusive - but all in all we had a fabulous time/stay. This was my second stay at the Tropicana. I’m sure that won’t be my last either. Yes it is an older motel style hotel but everything in my room was clean. I don’t have problems with noise from other guests either. I slept great and the staff was friendly upon checkin and check out. They even allowed us to check out an hour later. The distance to the park is closer than the Disneyland hotel. Just at the crosswalk to the front ticket booths.
