Fantastic accomodation -well situated , very clean , spacious , easy to walk everywhere. I had room with ocean views with large opening sliding doors allowing me to sit out on my verandah for breakfast and dinner/ glass of wine at night. It also meant I could have doors open for fresh air or close for the very effective air conditioning. Staff were great .

Great location within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and Cairns Lagoon. Friendly and helpful staff whilst the one bedroom ocean view room we stayed in was clean and roomy. Daily cleaning was a bonus. The pool has been updated and an outdoor area added. Will book again.

Room very clean and attractive. Beds very comfy. Lovely view of mountains and beach. Staff exceptionally cordial and helpful. Lovely walk along the beautiful Esplanade and close to restaurants, cafes, Night Markets, Cairns Art Gallery, Cairns Eye, Swimming lagoon etc. Fabulous kids playground opposite hotel.We highly recommend this establishment.

Property is well located on Cairns Esplanade - far enough from the night dining and entertainment areas but close enough to walk to them. Lovely view from room. Good pool.

I loved my 3 night stay. Such a great location with friendly staff, super clean and comfy rooms (and everywhere else was well cared for too), and all the facilities worked well. Plus Muddy's cafe on the water was perfect for breakfast, and the Riley next door serves the best spicy margaritas I've had for ever.

Great room and great location!
Great room, great location, and nice staffn. The only complaint is that it is quite noisy because of music bands in the area and quite a bit of traffic and airplane noise. Nothing the hotel can do about it, but something to be aware of and but for the noise, it would be 5 stars across the board.

Very spacious room with comfortable bed. We were grateful to be in our room earlier with a small fee due to an early arrival. The only thing that was a bit annoying was hearing the lift ding into the night and the corridor outside being noisy when people were arriving back or leaving due to the timber floors
