Larkspur Landing at Campbell is a comfortable, clean property that was convenient for us. I am extremely pleased with all of the accommodations as well as the breakfast, which included hot items on some days. I usually clean my rooms myself before settling in and I would say the room we had was the cleanest room I had ever stayed at. The bathroom was very large and comfortable, as was the bed and the work table. The gym and business center were convenient as well. I liked that there was ample parking.

A tired hotel in need of repair
Once upon a time a nice budget friendly place - now - not so much. Shower / Tub failed to drain, eventually by day 3 - someone came to resolve. No toilet paper or Kleenex or soap in the soap dispenser in the shower. H/C shower mixer handle barely held on to "control" temp. The place is over tired and waaay over due for an upgrade.

We have stayed at this property several times over the years and been very satisfied. HOWEVER, this trip, the room was REALLY run down, dated, broken items in the room, bad smell, just not up to past stays. Plus, I talked my sister into staying at this hotel and her room was really bad. It smelled so bad AND the carpet was covered in wet "dog pee" spots. She had to move to our room as there were no other rooms available. When I tried to make up our "hide-a-bed" sofa so my sister wouldn't have to sleep in her stinky room, the mattress on the pull out bed was disgusting, and the bag of linens provided in the room were filthy. The sheets were stained and stunk, the blanket was covered in long hairs and the pillows were dirty. We had to have the front desk bring all new linens at 11:00 p.m. The room had just 2 towels and we had to ask for wash clothes as well. Not well stocked. This place has really gone down hill and we will not be staying here again.

The hotel is an older hotel. The rooms I booked online were not what we got. The description online queen bed w/sofa sleeper, but in actuality one queen bed in the room. Unfortunately this hotel needs some repair. One sink had a crack across the top. Chips on the wall needed patching. My room door didn’t close completely on its own you had to push the door close and pull the handle on the way out. For almost $200 dollars for each room I wouldn’t come back here to stay.

This hotel is getting run down. The door into the room was not closing properly and it was scraping on the threshold.Someone put an extra hinge on the door put it did not help. Lifting the door as it closed made it latch properly.

I was visiting for my grandson’s 1st birthday. The location was ideal, front desk staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was simple, but nice, all the basics. As a woman traveling alone I felt very safe.

We stayed for two days, looking forward to the included breakfast to start our days. on Monday AM, there was only cold breakfast foods aside from the steamed rice with various seasonings. Much Better on Tuesday Morning when warm/hot breakfast fare was provided, including scrambled eggs, sausages, and french toast.

Our room had a few problems. The lamp did not work. Not enough light in the kitchen. We found cockroaches in the room. Most likely won’t stay at this hotel again.
