Great bang for your buck! Clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. Far exceeded our expectations. Rooms are on the smaller side and stuffy when we walked in, but once we turned in the air it was very pleasant. We will be back.

Within 10 min walk to the beach, 10 minute drive to Carlsbad village and 5 minute away from the outlets. It was convenient for our purpose of visit. Breakfast options are nice (they had biscuits with gravy and egg with cheese omelette), plus the standard continental breakfast. Our room was on the smaller side but still good. Overall, a nice stay!

The night staff was polite, the facility was clean quiet and safe. There are no USB charging i the rooms or lobby and the shower door handle was missing a screw so it was hanging off. The morning desk clerk was not very friendly but the breakfast cook was exceptional. Overall this would not be a place to stay if you are on a business trip. The wifi was horrible..

The place was nice. Nothing fancy. No smart tv which made watching tv at night challenging. There was no shelf in the shower to put your personal toiletries and no towel rack to hang hand towels. But it was clean. They provided cleaning services daily. Breakfast in the morning was great. Daily variety so you weren’t eating the same thing every morning. Very close to the beach.

Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Had an important meeting and asked for a room with ethernet connection. Room didn't have one and the wifi crashed during the meeting, causing problems for me. The bed was extremely hard and the towels were thin and scratchy. The rooms need a refresh. Was conveniently located near the freeway and one of our destinations: Legoland.

The only thing that i liked was the staff at the property! The TV was messed up and the screen was fizzy and poor reception, it smelled bad in the room and i had to pay for parking yet i couldn't even park in the parking lot for the hotel

We were given a room that had not been cleaned upon check in. Then was given another room with a really bad order that was intolerable. Although the staff brought in air fresheners it was still unable. The odor was from the air conditioning unit in the room. We couldn’t switch to another room until day two due to availability. The 3rd room was okay but the air conditioning unit still reeks bad order and the power button was also broken. There was no manager on duty, we asked to have a cart to be brought in the room which they never did bring one. When we asked they said there is no more available cart. After insisting them to go back to the old room we stayed to bring it, just then they brought it up. The whole experience was not comfortable. I Would not recommend it.

Our room did not allow the curtains to fully close and there was a light on the window so hard to go to sleep. The air conditioner was unplugged so we had to get the maintenance man to come up. We did not know that there was a switch under the plug to turn it on, how would we have. Dark colors not attractive furnishings - old. Never again
