Run down and dirty
This hotel is very run down and dirty. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a block of wood to stick under the door at night which on one hand was nice that it was provided, but also left me wondering if there had been issues.

It was quite and relaxing, but the room has stains everywhere, my sister in laws room had a wet spot on the carpet from the a/c, there was smudges on the mirrors, and dust on some of the surfaces. I’m a housekeeper myself I just noticed the small details but all in all it was good

Changed rooms due to TV not working second room carpet wet underneath the air conditioner, and generally seemed like the carpet was there for ever only Limited channels, and no menu whatsoever for television Shower was less than desirable due to showerhead, malfunction, and low pressure

there were smokers in the parking lot outside the hotel with a few metres of the air conditioning intake for my room. Too hot to NOT have the AC on but the room was filled with cigarette smoke. Not a good nights sleep.

Didn't know there was no elevator, but manager bent over backwards to place our group of people with mobile issues altogether on the main level. Breakfast choices were good. Beds were very comfortable. Staff friendly. Location good. Some of the maintenance issues would be easy to rectify.

It was easy to find and conveniently located, the front desk staff were friendly. However, the building was very run down. The fire alarm was scorched, the chair had holes in it's fabric, there was water damage on wall, one of the balconies outside looked like it was about to collapse. It was not what I expected for the price, as we paid $170 US, which would be a pretty decent hotel in most US towns. It was not what I expected from this franchise or that price range, but perhaps that is due to my unfamiliarity with the market.

Rooms were very dirty and had a funky smell. Property its self was very rundown. According to the hotels answers to other reviews the state is due to renovations, which there was no evidence of actually occurring and due to how run down and dirty the place was this has not occurred due to renovations.

Awful rooms , dirty , outdated, Thankfully we only booked 1 night . Staff were friendly that was about it . People partying down the hallway with loud music and knocking on our door at 4:30 am.
