This 2 level 6 bedroom airconditioned (bedrooms and games room) waterfront home faces east with spectacular skyline views of Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise, in a quiet cul-de-sac position, yet a stone's throw from Broadbeach.

Walking distance to the beach, cafes, restaurants, The Star Casino, Dracula's Cabaret, the newly renovated Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and the light rail (G-Link).

Theme parks are all close by. Sea World is a 20 minute drive, and Warner Brothers Movie World, Wet n Wild, and Dreamworld are 25 minutes.

Coral Waterfront is ideal for your next getaway for several couples or a fantastic holiday to enjoy with family and friends.

Coral has a seamless flow-through design with generous living spaces which lead through to the entertaining area overlooking the fenced saltwater pool and waterfront.

With two levels of living which includes 55 inch TV with FOXTEL SPORTS AND MOVIES PACKAGE, NETFLIX AND COMPLIMENTARY WIFI and a spacious airconditioned games room with POOL TABLE, 65 inch TV, and PLAYSTATION 3 (including several games), along with children's books and toys; you'll immediately feel like you're on holiday.

A fully appointed kitchen with modern appliances including a Jura bean to cup coffee maker and separate drinks fridge. The kitchen overlooks the outdoor entertaining area, with covered seating area, barbecue, saltwater pool and canal (POOL AND CANAL ARE FULLY FENCED FOR YOUR CHILDREN'S SAFETY).

Secure carport is provided for off street parking and fenced for your childrens safety and privacy.

The laundry includes a washing machine and dryer.

A starter pack of bathroom, kitchen and laundry amenities are provided for your convenience.

A highchair, baby car seat and stroller are available at the property and free of any charge, if required. We can also supply a cot for young babies on request.

Fishing rods, hooks and lines are also provided.

This price is based on 8 people staying, and will increase with extra people staying. Please note that the property is best suited for up to a maximum of 16 people.

We were unfortunately caught up in the tail end of the cyclone which meant we were not able to use all of the nights we booked for and we are not eligible to receive a refund for what we were not able to use however the communication from the host was exceptional. Due to the situation we were in the host communicated with us regarding accessing the property post cyclone and also provided a general overview of accessing the area and what issues we might encounter. Obviously the area was affected by the cyclone which brought down the overall review of the area due to a lot of places being closed. The property itself was very comfortable and had sufficient amenities to keep ourselves occupied. The outdoor deck area of the property does need some TLC but overall it was pleasant. The one minor aspect of the property is that the main living areas downstairs did not have air conditioning, only ceiling fans, so this area was significantly warmer than the bedrooms and upstairs however we spent the majority of our downtime upstairs.

A family celebration that took place at Kurrawa Surf club was the driving force behind my decision to rent your home for the weekend. Everything we required to make our stay stress free was readily available and the kids made good use of the pool. A lot of space for our family. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely weekend away particularly loved the use of the pool and the proximity to the beach. The neighbors were blasting music and partying at 6am on Sunday which did disturb the tranquility a bit but overall I would recommend this stay

Overall a great week
Firstly the house is huge! So many living spaces for us all to spread out and not be on top of each other. The layout was great. Pool was used a lot, along with the large outdoor table. Kitchen was so well stocked and we couldn’t need any more. Unfortunately we had an issue with the Air Conditioners being full of black mould. The host was so great and offered to try and get someone out to service the air conditioning units but we would of had to stay home for the day if they were able to do so as we didn’t want people in the house when we were not there. He did say that they were due to be serviced in Feb and we stayed in Jan. I would of thought getting them serviced before summer would of made more sense. The amount of mould has been there for quite some time. Lounges down stairs were a little worn with some of the arm rests sunken in but the lounge upstairs was so nice and comfy! Overall we had a great week, just really disappointed about the air conditioning as we had some days that reached 38 degrees

Perfect holiday house especially for families
I will just start off by saying this house was in such a beautiful location! Right by the water very spacious, kids had an absolute blast! They loved the pool, there was no issues with anything not working. There was child proofing to the stair case which was a huge worry for me. House was nice and clean and we all had such a wonderful time in this home. Watched the fire works off the balcony on new years. Definitely a perfect holiday home if you’re looking for one. Steve is awesome to deal with, gets back to you in a timely manner and overall Greta experience with him. Super super happy and highly recommend

Family reunion holiday
This property was perfect for our large family. We came from all over Australia for a family reunion- consisting from ages 2 to 50 - with teenagers in between. So many living rooms- there was 1 part of the house we just never used, this just goes to show the house was adequate in size and we never felt we were on top of each other- Unfortunately the weather was too cold for the pool and outdoor area but the games room was a real hit- Loved the retractable kids gate at both top and bottom of the stairs - with so many little kids running around the place it was our saving grace. Whilst the house isn’t new you can see the owners try their best to keep the property updated and in good working order. We have absolutely no complaints with the property and Steve was so easy to communicate with. Would definitely look to stay here again. Thanks Steve and crew for having us.

The property suited our 3-family group perfectly. The pool table was an added bonus. Our only issue was with initial access to the house as the keypad instructions appeared to be incomplete with no reference to the 🏠 button which we discovered to be an essential part of the sequence.
