When booking was assured of parking on site, as per advertised. Assured when we booked in and collected keys, there would be a parking spot when we came back after our event. After 10 pm we arrived, no parking available, no after hours service. Had to locate a private park for vehicle overnight and get ourselves back to room . Was informed this morning, that in fact , there is not enough parks when fully booked and can’t control the parking situation. I suggest, you change your advertising then. No milk in fridge, was informed you collect that when you check in. Was not informed of this when we got keys either. Two females in an unfamiliar place after ten with no alternatives was very distressing.

Property was okay and aircon did not work had no remote but had fan which wasn’t strong enough also for the heat in summer. It was overall not too bad as we had a bed to sleep on the single beds were my type of bed nice a comfortable not too soft that’ll sink you in.
