Summary:
Situated right on Currumbin Beachfront with a pool and within easy access to cafes + shops, this unit is great for a family getaway!

The Space:
Being situated right on the beach you are able to take in the wonderful ocean views from Waves and walk to the sand without having to cross roads. The beautiful complex has a pool area - fit for a family holiday.

Unit 203 is positioned on the first floor (mid level) at the western end of the building. Internal features include 3 bedrooms - main with ensuite and bath, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and laundry with washing machine and dryer. The unit is air conditioned, self contained and well equipped for a comfortable stay.

The security parking underneath the building is for 1 car.

*Please note: There is no Wifi at this time.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

Please note that key collection is at Nuve Escapes HQ located at Hawker Street in Currumbin (Stewart Road exit, off M1) and valid Identification, including a credit card for incidentals, will be required.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

The property was a great size for a family of 4. It was in a good location to the beach and the Bird Sanctuary. My only negatives would be that I would like more restaurants close by and the property needed to be cleaned better under the lounge and beds.

A very enjoyable stay, in a good locality with easy access to surrounding attractions, clubs, shops etc. The unit is a good size for families with good design and facilities. The floors and balcony floor needed to be cleaned, however. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a good place.

Excellent location and lots of space
We really enjoyed our stay. So beautiful to be able to see the ocean from literally every room (excluding the bathrooms). Easy stroll to cafes and only a few steps away from the beach. Only downside was lack of basic supplies such as dishwashing liquid/tablets, dishwashing cloth and hand soap. Other than that, a great place to stay.

Fantastic family accommodation right on the beach
We were really surprised by how wonderful this apartment is. There is plenty of space with three large bedrooms and a big loungeroom and dining area. Plus its recently been refurbished so the pictures didn't do it justice. The location is amazing and footsteps to the beautiful beach and the apartment block itself is small and quite private. The only recommendations we would have is some more comfortable underlays on the beds (they were not overly comfortable) and better pillows, and we would have liked a BBQ for some simple dinners on the veranda. The fridge also wasn't working properly which was really inconvenient, but I'm sure this will be fixed. We would definitely stay there again. It would be hard to beat the location, space and affordability of this apartment.
