My key card wouldn’t let me into my room — twice on different days during my stay. The breakfast that I paid $19 for each day was really lame, and the TV didn’t work for the last 3 days because of a “network problem” they said they were in the process of fixing on the first day it went out — with no information or update from the hotel staff. I won’t stay at an Atrium hotel again.

The hotel is a bit long in the tooth, and a little rough around the edges. While our room was fine, there were several minor problems that could have been annoying for a longer stay: some of the curtains had shredded sections, the toilet made several different annoying noises all night, the air conditioning was quite loud most of the time. You can probably pay the same at e.g. the nearby Hampton Inn for what will probably be a tidier experience.

The front desk lady was very helpful during check-in. It was late at night because my flight was canceled. I wanted to make a coffee 5:30 in the morning, but the disposable cups were missing. Only the lids were there. It was too early to call anybody, and I was late for the airport, so I gave up on the coffee. It might be a small housekeeping error, but it was a big disappointment for me.
