The heater was noisy. I slipped in the lobby. I’m not sure what led me to slipping if the doormat was wet. One of the workers there saw what happened.

Do not stay here.
I booked this room for my visit to Disneyland. Upon checking in, I had to request for a different room because the bathroom tub was very dirty with rust in the bottom of the tub, the next room wasn’t any better. The tub in that room was nasty as well and there was a big spider on the ceiling. Their complimentary breakfast was very vague not an appetizing selection and the fruit was rotten. The morning of check out I was experiencing car troubles and the man at the front desk was not very helpful telling me my car would be towed because I asked if I could leave my vehicle on the property until later on until I could retrieve jumper cables. Finally I found someone in the parking lot to assist and another worker came out saying that they couldn’t help me because they wouldn’t find the person parked next to me to have them move their car so the car helping can access my vehicle and if I needed jumper cables they had some at the desk. Why was I not offered cables in the first place if they knew they had them all along when I mentioned my car wouldn’t start in the beginning .The property called the police because the people helping me had to drive on the curb to get to my battery also because they wouldn’t find the owner of the car parked next to me. I would never stay nor recommend anyone to stay at this property. Horrible service overall. The lady who was at the desk my first night was very helpful and I commended her for her professionalism.

There was HAIRS on the WALL that was not mine or my daughter’s. The bedspread had suspicious stains on it. I did not want to use it because it looked bloody-ish. We asked to check out an hour late and was told we needed to be out within 30 minutes. Felt like we got the bum’s rush when the process of packing and leaving was already stressful.

Good enough if you have no where else to stay.
This hotel is sub par at best. Tucked up next to the 5 freeway, this is the kind of hotel that good for a quick stop late at night before you continue on your travels. Most of the hotel is an old converted silo barn, made out of solid concrete. “Murder Castle” “creepy” and “prison” are all used to describe this part of the hotel in other reviews and we agree. We explored that part of the hotel when we visited the fitness center and we couldn’t wait to get out of there. NO WHERE on the site is this building shown or mentioned so I was quite surprised when I Google Earth-ed the property, saw it, and did some digging. (From now on I will Google Earth the hotel BEFORE booking.) We actually stayed in the newer building, which is more of a Motel-vibe. While these rooms are better lit and have actual paint on the walls, that’s where the improvements end. There were several rips in our carpet as well as paint chipped off the walls. While the bathroom was mostly clean, it still felt dingy. The toilet handle needed to be held to flush properly, the shower head leaked, the sink was barely attached, and there was peeling paint and scratches all over. On top of all this, they didn’t have any extra pillows to bring us, despite it still being early evening. Thankfully we were only staying one night so we toughed it out.

The only reason why I gave it two stars and not one is because the receptionist was willing to work with us about getting a different room which smelled like someone smoked in it and was dirty and the concrete walls make feel like you are in prison therefore not enjoyable at all, she was able to get a room although it was for handicap people, this room was in a different structure where the rooms were somewhat more conventional
