We stayed here one night as we were attending an event at Hyatt Regency in NPB. This is our 2nd time stayed at this hotel and we really liked as we felt safe, the room is clean and the front desk staff are very kind, always ready to help and answer our questions.

The air doesnā€™t go below 72 and it was hotter in the room than the hallways. I was told it canā€™t be changed. There is no water pressure in the shower or sink with the toilet and no where on hotels.coms website does it say $20 a night to park. That is crazy and you park yourself.

i arrived early because i mistimed a flight from the east coast. a younger woman working the front desk did her best to help me check in as soon as possible and even gave me some great advice about going to the local fair. great stay!

A nice hotel but ā€¦
We found trash in our room one of the reading lamps wasnā€™t working, the toilet tank lid was broken, the key malfunctioned three times. Service was five stars they were very helpful.
