Au moment de l'enregistrement au niveau de la rĆ©ception j'ai prĆ©sentĆ© ma rĆ©servation, le rĆ©ceptionniste m'a dit qu'il n y a pas de place, que l'hĆ“tel est complet il faut revenir demain. AprĆØs un long voyage et en arrivant pour se reposer vous entendez un truc pareil c'est vraiment bizarre et dĆ©cevant. Donc j'ai dĆ» partir pour chercher un un autre hĆ“tel avec mes valises finalement j'ai trouvĆ© et j'ai passĆ© mon sĆ©jour dans un autre hĆ“tel que je n'ai pas rĆ©servĆ© avec hĆ“tel.com. j'ai constatĆ© hĆ“tel.com par tĆ©lĆ©phone pour signaler le problĆØme et pour savoir la raison du rĆ©ceptionniste pour ne pas accepter ma rĆ©servation malheureusement j'ai pas eu de rĆ©ponse.
