I had a very hard time locating the unit. I was tired tired tired. Missed the stairwell and then walked very far out of my way with my suitcase. It was dark when I checked in. A ride via golf cart- would have been amazing. Still. Great price and convenience and loved staying on campus.

It was easy to reserve, and flexible hours to accomodate if you would be arriving later than the 4pm checkin time. I inquired about checking in late as my flight wouldnt be landing in at around 10pm. I got a response within minutes. The staff were so friendly, and helpful. The room was cozy, clean and had everything you needed to freshen up. The campus was beautiful to walk around in the morning. Definitely would stay again.

Very good facilities for the price. We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, we left our keys in the unit - on the coffee table, presuming they would be found there by staff. We received a call, requesting their return or a fine of $25 per set. Not good.

It exceeded our expectations. It was one of the cheapest accommodation we could find. Its was basic but clean and spacious. I can see UBC students enjoying their stay here, as we did. We would definitely stay here again. Need a vehicle as nothing is walkable, and food is in downtown Kelowna.
