The room was okay, it could've been a little cleaner. The shower does not look like the pitures. The staff was really nice.

Pictures on the website don’t look like what you get. Ice bucket is plastic and looks like it had mold. Your bathroom door swings back, doesn’t stay open. My girlfriend got hurt and they claimed they did the incident report and still haven’t received the “email” that the GM is supposed to send! Unprofessional staff when handling situations like this. You need to change your housekeeping, attitude for no reason. You should have maintenance check rooms just to make sure everything is working properly. I asked the receptionist if the bathroom doors are supposed to swing back or stay open, she said stay open. The door would need to be checked by someone from maintenance.

Most disgusting hotel. I’m almost convinced the room I was in wasn’t actually cleaned . Paint splatter all over the furniture and cabinets were stained with who knows what. Layers of dust on the floors and furniture. Poorly patched up holes in the wall. Open the drawers of the tv stand had used ear plugs in there and trash. Everything looks run down .

We have stayed at this location multiple times. They are nice and the breakfast is fine. The location is starting to show it's age a little. Like there are wear marks on the doors and the toilet lid didn't fit on the toilet (weird) We will stay again knowing what to expect.

Long hair found on bedsheets and floor of wc area. Coffee maker still had water in it. When wiped out, mildew present. Ice machine on floor out of order. No place to hang used towels. Toilet barely flushed. Took a long time to get hot water in sink and shower.

Stayed here due to U16 Soccer tournament. Gentleman at the front desk was excellent, he worked very hard to accommodate us when our rooms were never cleaned in 4 nights we stayed. He brought fresh towels and emptied the trash for us. Hot tub was nice after long days with the soccer The housekeeping staff needs to be fired. Rooms were dingy, floors were sticky with god knows what, and walls were in desperate need of cleaning. This locations cleaning policy is they only clean room every 3 days, ours were never cleaned, trash only emptied by gentleman running the front counter. The gentleman running the front counter deserves a raise as he made our stay bearable.
