The sheets were saturatee in chemicals that caised me to break out in a rash. The chairs in the suite were rigid and stiff, very incomfortable. Listing stated shower tub combo and there are only showers. Hospitality staff did not refresh towels or coffee. This has to be the worst stay Ive had in 10 years. Its a shame especially consoderong the premium cost.

I stay at Marriott hotels frequently and for the price this hotel was below the standard of Marriott hotels.. Breakfast was over $24.00 ; other Marriott hotels serving the same breakfast items are free of charge. Parking was 35.00 per night much to our surprise. Drinks at the bar were overpriced and the "snack store" lacked a good inventory. Also, I forgot my pillow in the room and when I called about the pillow (3 times ), I did not get a straight answer . I do not blame the staff for any of the above issues; the blame goes to management that appears to be on a minimal budget and trying to cut any possible cost at the expense of the guests and the reputation of Marriott.

The property is good, but not excellent. The room was basic, they did not include toiletries like hand lotion or mouthwash - just a piece of soap at the sink, and mounted bottles in the shower. Please be aware: they do NOT make up beds or change towels for a 2 night stay. I personally found that offputting. I had to request clean towels ... which were scratchy. The bed was very comfortable. I bought a special package that included a full buffet breakfast and I wish I hadn't. There were lots of choices, but the scrambled eggs were like rubber both mornings and the salad fixings didn't look fresh. Some of the Blueberries were rotten, I had to pick around them the first day so I didn't get them on the second. My partner said he enjoyed the hot tub even though he said the smell of bleach was very strong. It rained briefly when we checked in, but nobody bothered to wipe down the patio furniture for guests to use once it stopped. Later that evening, water was still visible on the outdoor furniture. When guests are only staying briefly, a hotel has limited time to make a good impression. For me, this property missed the mark a bit.

Surprisingly poor. Bed sheets not changed in one bed. Carpet not swept. TV did not work (and it was not a bad battery in the remote). Staff generally unhelpful. These are clearly deficient management issues. Layout of elevators requires long walks from home. Parking at same level was convenient. Building location and surroundings were

I loved everything but we had lots of trouble getting into the parking garage. There was nobody there to help us. Other than that it was great.

Not impressed with the room layout, furniture - had no storage at all. Tje closet was clumsily places, the vanity area was tiny. The coffee shop.was closed during the day...and would open only with the breakfast and dinner.

This hotel was average, with a high price for average. Also, the fire alarm went off twice one night waking me from a sound sleep. Both times it quit just as I was about to exit the room. No explanation and I wouldn’t have even received a “sorry” if I hadn’t asked about it. Breakfast is a buffet for $23. Coffee is a Starbucks brew with a high price and not much flavor. The place is clean but the rooms are underwhelming. It’s an okay place to stay and the location is great, but I’d most likely choose another hotel next time.

I had booked a King Room and was told when I checked in they sold my room and downgraded me to a Queen. They then told me to take it up with Expedia about it. The rooms were dated and dark. The elevator was out of order...just not a great experience.

Very nice stay overall. America in the bar was outstanding. The breakfast buffet is an overpriced gut bomb; dry eggs, and both bacon and potatoes were swimming in oil. Best to avoid this. Plenty of very good dining options within a few blocks.
