It had easy access parking underneath the hotel so it was off street. Nice especially with a rental car.

The place was really old looking and not well cared for. The shower wouldn't drain and leaked. There was a major gooey stain in the carpet. But it was fine for one night and a place to lay your head.

The room was very spacious and clean. The shower head didn’t have enough pressure and there was no office chair for me to do work on the desk below the TV. Other than that, the stay was overall good.

Nice area, nice size room with patio in the center of the complex. Comfortable bed and a quiet air conditioner. The room did not have a microwave which would have been nice for some popcorn in the evening. It also did not have any where to hang up clothes (weird). The towels were inconveniently set on the back of the stool as there weren't any towels racks. Some good, some improvements could be made. I enjoyed my stay.

The place was really nice, I liked parking was free, continental breakfast could be better if there was someone taking care of it, it was all messy and dirty, not stocked enough. The guy who checked us in was terrible, he was on a call on his personal phone while he just gave us the keys to the room, he just pointed with his hand which direction to go. He never told us about breakfast. He didn’t give us instructions about the hotel. I work at the front desk on a resort/hotel and I know this is not the correct way to serve guests. We asked him if we could split out balance in 2 cards, I don’t know what kind of sistem they use, but he just say “no” on a rude way, like if he just didn’t wanted to help. The room was ok but you were able to see how bathroom was splashed, and not totally clean, I guess for being close to Manhattan beach and the accesible location the price is worth it, keep on mind you will prefer to go out to have breakfast.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned before we checked in, there were hairs from previous guests all over the bathroom and shower. Front desk made us wait an hour for help when we could not figure out how to use the shower. The room itself was good, checking in and out was quick and easy. If cleanliness and hospitality were better then we would consider staying again.

A typical cheap hotel.

This is a cheap inexpensive hotel. So you get what you pay for. I checked in after 10:30 in the evening and the clerk was not very friendly.He put me in a room which had slimy water all over the floor from the leaking refrigerator. So he moved me to another room, which was very musty, smelling and covered up with too much disinfectant, so the smell was irritating. The bed was too soft and squishy. Not firm. There were sticky stains all over the chairs (I don’t wanna say what it looks like) and they did not give me a hand towel. Only bath towel and a face cloth. I could not open the curtains because my only window faced the main corridor, and I didn’t want people looking in. So I had no natural light. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything said in the neighboring room. My neighbors were up all night talking. So I didn’t get much sleep. They do offer a hearty breakfast with waffles and pastries. And there is ample parking and elevators. It’s the cheapest price in town. So for the value, I would consider it again but for cleanliness, Comfort, and customer service, it was not the best.

It was fairly easy check in. The room was spacious just seemed like not used so towels seem dusty and sheets seemed old as well. Small problem with ants and wifi didn't work. However was the cheapest and "nicest" room i could find at that price
