Everything was great til we went to their little shop to buy something to eat! Almost everything they sell needs to be microwaved. There are no microwaves in the rooms. So we we to front desk, asked about a microwave, yes you can request them. So the gentleman got us one and went to hand it to my fiance' and he was shocked! We asked dont you deliver it to our room?! The man said no!! He made us carry this damn microwave up to the 6th floor! What hotel does this??? We paid a lot of money for 1 night at this cery nice hotel, to have to carry a freakin MICROWAVE ourselves?!?! That is just wrong! We didnt have time the next morning to ask for someone in charge cause we has to get on a cruise ship, but that was definitely wrong of that front desk man to have us do that!!!! Thats horrible hospitality and not caring at all about your guest!!

Hotel is a little old has some wear and tear but overall good. Restaurant was a little pricey and no meal comps considering the cost to stay there. Our room keys didn’t work the first time so had to go back down to the desk to rectify the issue. Ice machine only worked on the 10th floor. Very inconvenient

I’ve stayed at several Crowne Hotels. This hotel wasn’t the same. The chair in the room was shredding. There were linen carts in the hallway. The staff was exceptional. The area and environment was great. The quality of the room kind of set back my opinion on the room.

This hotel is totally outdated. Will not stay there again. Rooms were dirty. Hair in bathroom from occupants before. The hallways slope in the middle. The carpet is well very old. You can see the spaces underneath the door. Very insecure.

Great location and comfy beds
My stay was calm and uneventful. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that I'd like to mention was the mini-fridge make a squeeling noise. Once i turned on my sound machine to sleep, I couldn't hear it anymore. But if I didn't have the sound machine, the noise would have probably kept me awake. Otherwise, great stay! Gorgeous view of the harbor and perfect location for restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again.

I thought the service was fine. In my room a few of the lamps didn’t work, so I made do with the one lamp that did. It’s a fairly old resort, so it’s not really glamorous in any way. I enjoyed the television in the room, which had the Bravo station. The price is expensive, particularly when you consider how bland the hotel is.

Hotel is mainly for cruisers don’t try checking in before 5:00, we arrived at 2:30 with a lobby full of people waiting lines were crazy long with only 2-3 people checking in and no signage or anyone directing people. We signed in but no room available left to get a bite to eat then back to another 45 minute wait line at 4:30
