My experience was great. This is a go to hotel when cruising from San Pedro. The staff are super nice and overall, very pleased. The bar and restaurant super good food and reasonable. You won’t be disappointed.

Room was excellent, clean. We booked for proximity to cruise port- just a few blocks away! Buffet breakfast was included and there were multiple options. Would definitely stay again! Many options for food and drink that were very walkable.

Area around was nice. While there the lights went out for a minute or so. The phones and elevators stopped working while we were on the 7th floor. Don't pay for the EXPEDIA EXTRA PARKING CHARGE. The hotel already adds in the 15 charge for their parking into the price.

Close to marina for cruise terminal. However, I checked in late evening and obviously was checked into a sub-par room. Someone else had been in it and left their wrlcome note on the bedside table, that I did not see until the morning. The toilet did not flush properly, a constant humming noise outside, lampshades askew, and a very tired looking room with many chips on furniture edges. Also the room was very cold, I could mot get the heat on, and the outside of the windows are filthy, which you could not see in the dark.

Stay was for a Princess cruise..Great location,easy to navigate,nice property.. could use some room upgrades but will stay here again.Food at the Blu was good and reasonable
