This property was very well located for our purposes and we enjoyed the large rooms and the swimming pool and hot tub. We were joining friends for a memorial service but didn’t have a car. Because there are no restaurants or shops within walking distance it’s really difficult except for Uber or if you have friends with cars. But if you’re getting on the ferry to Catalina or you have an event at the Marina center or the yacht club, it’s very convenient

It’s very quiet and you don’t have to worry about getting disturbed in the middle of the night. You have to pay for parking every day though

Check in was fast and efficient. We received warm welcome and warm cookies. Room is nice. We had a large group heading for a cruise in the morning. We went to the restaurant inside for dinner and drinks. Food was lacking. We got the “crispy 1/2 chicken” which wasn’t crispy at all…. Soggy skin. Unseasoned asparagus and potatoes. The “gravy” on it was ok. We also got a happy hour pizza that was horrible. Our friends got the wings and had to let them know they were shorted on a 12 piece. They looked like they were sitting in a warming tray for hours. Chuck our server was great and doing his best to make sure everyone was having a good time. Would eat before getting to the hotel unless you have no other option. Hotel was clean and quiet. Parking was plentiful.

Great place to stay waiting for our cruise. We were able to do a beach day, walk to the aquarium, get a nice dinner without having to Uber or rent a car. They even provide a shuttle to get to our port. The marina is beautiful. The hotel itself can use some updating. The bars happy hour was - eh. The staff were great. They offered chocolate chip cookies & bottled water upon arrival. Would recommend for cruisers.

Beds were comfortable enough and the shower was great. There were a few issues in our room, but we weren't staying long enough for them to matter to us. We loved the jacuzzi, it was very large. Loved that the hotel is in a quiet area with plenty of dining options nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Although I was a little upset about the pet fee being so high. I left behind my beats ear buds and they found them and I am able to get them back.

The rooms are extremely humid - to the point that my passport book was curling up from the humidity. I get that it is close to the ocean, but it was pretty ridiculous. There was also no fan in the bathroom so when you shower, it just adds to the humidity level. We ate breakfast in hotel restaurant. We were sat right away (by staff), but it took 10 minutes to get menus and another 10 minutes to get a server to acknowledge us. We had to get up and seek out both menus and a server. Front desk staff were great and the hotel was clean so that was good.

We stayed here for two nights prior to going on a cruise. The hotel was convenient to the port plus they also offered a shuttle to and from the cruise port. the staff was very friendly and accommodated several special requests. The only drawback is there is not anything close to the hotel such as dining and or attractons. If going on a cruise it is definitely the place to stay.
