Needs new towels!
Our room was close to the stairs, you can hear people going downstairs, playing piano, there was a piano bottom of the stairs, lack of sound proof. Bathroom towels were not bright white, rather very dingy tan color, it's time to upgrade to newer ones!

Good Hotel
Room was a little smaller than I thought it would be but it was very nice. Air conditioner was broken but staff provided various options to compensate. Staff was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Location is great for accessing metro and bus routes for getting around the city, lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

Sliding glass door in washrooms are quite hard to move and do not offer that much privacy. While wiping fogged up mirror in washroom i was shocked by a bare wire dangling beside it. The staff did not seem very apologetic when i complained about this. Hotel looks nice but would not stay again.
