Nice stay in a nice area (for me, it was near the LA Convention Center). The hotel is fairly fancy without being too expensive. The only thing that might be a concern is that some of the elevators are really dark inside.

Wish they had free parking onsite for their guests or at least validation for near parking garages. Not very convenient for guests to park else where or pay 59$ a day for parking onsite.

This is NOT a 4-star hotel! You're limited to 2 tiny bottles of water per day, and you have to pick them up from the lobby every day. I ordered room service once, and though the breakfast item I ordered said it came with toast, they didn't deliver the toast. When I asked them about it, they said the room service menu in the hotel rooms was old and outdated and that they were now charging guests $6 for toast. When I argued that was ridiculous, they agreed to give me one half-slice of toast for free. Oh, and there was a service charge AND a delivery fee for room service that was about $10. The coffee maker is also placed in an inconvenient spot inside a drawer, and you have to pull it out (while being careful not to pull it too hard lest it get unplugged from the wall) and TILT it at an angle so that you can pour water in and make coffee. I've never struggled so much trying to make a cup of coffee while staying at a hotel. Housekeeping barely does anything, so don't expect your room to look tidy or to have plenty of clean towels when you return to your hotel.
