I had called the hotel before booking and they had told me there is a kitchen in the room. That a stovetop and dishes will be provided. However there was nothing of that sort in the room. I needed that specially for my son to make breakfast in the mornings. I was quite disappointed

Really loved the hotel. It was very clean and the staff was helpful. Also really close to the arena and restaurants. There is a lounge/club on the same floor we stayed on. Although there were parties during our stay there wasn’t an issue with noise. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel lobby and other shared areas are well designed. However the furniture in the rooms is very old and requires renovation. Over it’s a good hotel if you are looking for a short term stay. The worst part is the parking. The hotel parking is extremely expensive.

We arrived 1 hour earlier than check in time and was allowed to check in. We dinned in the restaurant. Food was amazing. We used our drink voucher that was given to us. Was told only for beer but bartender allowed it for my cocktail. You could definitely see the wear and tear in furniture in our room. I wished there was a mirror in the room. We traveled with 2 teenage girls who take long showers. So having an extra mirror in room would have helped. Other than that our experience was great!

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. There’s a lot of restaurant and bar options around the area. Would definitely stay here again.
