For a very old building, it was nice. The room had a sticky floor and we felt a little uncomfortable with so many homeless people on the streets. They were friendly and attentive at the hotel.

The room was very small. Would have been totally ok for 1 person but for 2 of us and our luggage we struggled to be comfortable. It's an older building also so no elevator (which is no big deal but just sharing the info). The space was clean and the noise level was very low. The desk staff were friendly as well. If you're looking for something affordable and simple this will work!

Loved the Loft!
I loved staying here! I stayed in the loft so I can't speak to the regular rooms but it was super spacious with a full kitchen and living room. Everything was very clean and comfortable and staff was kind and helpful. We had a maintenance issue (not the hotel's fault) and they were very quick to respond and fix it. Check in and out was quick and easy. Very quiet in the room. The only thing I wish was different is having more than 1 parking spot per room, especially for their biggest room there. We had to park a car a 5 min walk away for the weekend which wasn't a huge deal but parking in the lot would have been easier. I'd definitely stay here again and probably will next time I'm in Long Beach

Very quaint but sufficient. Unique with character. Pleasant dealings with all staff. Walkable area. The only improvement would be to get new window coverings as the blinds don’t work and the shades can’t close all the way due to covering the air conditioner.
