Good but with a complaint
Overall, everything seemed fine to me. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, the location is very good. The only bad thing I have to say is that when I arrived at the hotel at night, I always found small cockroaches both in the bathroom and on the furniture in the room, that was really disgusting, we always went to sleep afraid that they would get into the bed or even worse, in our mouth! We didn't say anything because I didn't want to be one of those clients who makes a fuss about natural situations such as animals being where they shouldn't be. However, I think it's important that the hotel knows about this to see if they can fumigate for pests. As I said before, if it hadn't been for this, my stay would have been perfect.

The hotel itself is decent enough for a place to crash. One night maybe two is alright. Minimalistic style room. It’s good enough for the price point. The MAJOR issue is the parking garage next to the hotel that most people will be parking their car. I almost got mugged when I left the hotel at 3am. There were four people loitering in the garage and one of them approached me and got in my face. When I showed no fear he left me alone and let me go to my car. I was afraid, I had my sandals on and I was out numbered. Luckily he didn’t escalate things, but that could have gone differently. If you need a cheap place to crash and you don’t care that is in a delapitated part of town then thumbs up. If you are with a lady or children then steer clear.

Great stay for only 1 night. Was in for a boxing event at BMO Stadium, so this place was near by. Staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean. Just a little warm but cooled down after a few hours.

Got to the hotel, nobody was there to check us in for a while. When we got into the room, our tv was broken, there was sound but the screen was blank.

Place was decent for the money but room was very small and our refrigerator did not work and did not have a microwave. AC was a splitter unit and we had to turn it all the way down to 68 and it felt like 78-80. Staff was very nice and parking structure shares walls with the hotel lobby.

This hotel looks like it’s been ‘remodeled’ but likely with a non professional. All the outlets in the room were loose and for whatever reason only the bottom plug ins worked never the top. Our seat cover was loose but that could be due to the quality of the seat cover but you should never be sliding while sitting on the toilet. Breakfast is included and it’s your standard continental breakfast with a toaster that doesn’t work. Fresh food though. Stay at your own risk.
