Overall stay wasn’t bad, a small issue was the fact at 4:00am we were locked in and couldn’t exit the hotel as the front desk empire was broke but appeared apppr 5 mins later .

The basic things are at a good level
Room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Underground, closed parking garage was amazing. The neighborhood was concerning, a lot of homeless and questionable people at every direction. Sirens of police cars and fire department at almost all times. Even the smallest sounds came through to the room. The TV was outdated and the showerhead is placed so low, that a 6-foot tall person can't enjoy a shower.

Loved it!
This was just what we needed for our stay in LA. It is close to EVERYTHING with free parking. They have a free small breakfast in the morning with waffles, cereal, etc. The rooms were clean and a decent size. There is also a pool, but it was too cold for that. I would definitely stay here again.

Very bad customer service. Staff members are rude! Very few choices of food at free breakfast and the quality of the food was poor. For example, the waffle was stale and hard. Who eats that?

Great location and clean with small enclosed area in center around pool. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Liked gated parking under motel. 30 min walk to Hollywood Bowl but noisy and in major busy area with several people wandering and sleeping in the streets.

The toilet was clogged. Called front desk and they had to issue me a key to the employee bathroom because no one was available to unclog it. Beds are really hard and very uncomfortable. Found a pack of empty cigarette box in the closet where the iron was that was on top of the shelf full of dust.
