I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and close enough to attractions on Hollywood Blvd that my son and I walked everywhere. I dislike the cloth shower curtains but as it seems to be common in hotels I can't complain too much. Just personal opionion... lol

Owners very frugal/minimalist. Place is good, but there is no effort to make the place better than average/good. The breakfast was convenient, but only instant oatmeal, mini-yogurts, and waffles (the best option!) - no eggs. The room's shower/tub was very slippery; thankfully they provided a long grab bar! I might stay there again to save a couple fo dollars. Hotel prices in the area are crazy high! Not a lot of reasonable options. Better places are very exspensive! (And the others nickel and dime you to a much more expensive overall cost.)

The property is located really close to Hollywood Walk of fame. Also very centrally located for Universal Studios and other famous sites. The surrounding area is a little sketch but we felt safe. Just keep an eye out for things. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the parking is limited if you have an oversized car as you can't park in the garage with it.

Our stay for four days was excellent , including parking and breakfast in heart of LA, rare to find. Location is very ideal considering attractions around , commute and food options . Hotel Staff and Manager well supportive. Will definitely repeat.
