Our stay for four days was excellent , including parking and breakfast in heart of LA, rare to find. Location is very ideal considering attractions around , commute and food options . Hotel Staff and Manager well supportive. Will definitely repeat.

Is an older hotel that is kept clean. Breakfast was included and is limited to waffles, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, and juices. The waffles were good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to Hollywood Blvd and very close to many of the attractions we were planning on visiting.

Appreciated the gated parking area under the hotel. Our room was clean and comfy. an issue with our AC was immediately resolved. The neighborhood concerned us at first - but security was perfectly adequate. Staff were very friendly, relatable and helpful!

Commande télé ne fonctionne pas : réception refuse de changer piles et nous dit de viser box derrière la télé donc ce n'est pas une télécommande. Salle de bain sale, humide et vétuste, eau sort de partout même en faisant attention donc tapis trempé, ne sèche pas, donc on prend des serviettes pour éponger un sol sale donc tout devient noir/gris + dévidoir à papier WC est rouillé donc le papier ne roule pas. La chambre est très humide, le linge de toilettes ne sèche pas donc la chambre se transforme en étendage géant, nos vêtements même ceux dans les valises sont humides/moites, les draps des lits sont moites meme en aérant. Le carrelage est cassé, fêlé, moisi dans la salle d'eau. Room service sur demande et quand on demande juste des nouveaux gobelets & café au 3e jour donc après avoir utilisé plusieurs fois les mêmes, on nous dit qu'il n'y en a pas donc on se reporte sur la cafetière de l'accueil mais dissuadés par café et gobelets manquants. Le petit-déjeuner fait peine en terme de produits proposés par rapport aux autres hotels de même gamme ou gamme inférieure, et servis dans une pièce à faire peur. Le sol de la chambre a du etre rarement lavé car nos pieds sont noirs en 2 minutes. Piscine et mobilier autour sont sales. Malheureusement la proximité de Hollywood boulevard a 500m ne peut pas faire oublier la saleté et l'insécurité des rues alentour (trottoirs jonchés de seringues, de détritus, meubles cassés). Seuls bons points : rire de Jorge et parking/garage.

I checked in at 4 pm but the front desk receptionist gave me a room that was still being serviced, so I had to go back to the front to get a second room. I was then issued a disability room for wheelchairs even though I didn’t need one. The shower was for sitting guest. Staff wasn’t very friendly. The location was the best thing.

This is a walk able area to Hollywood walk.. The room ac was extremely loud which made it hard to sleep and it was located facing the road which was also noisy. Staff are friendly and had good breakfast options.

very clean, very private hotel and safe hotel. We stayed there 10 years ago and decided to come back with our family, the area changed a lot but you can still feel safe in the hotel, it's clean and pool area is awesome . Very convenient parking.

Fine hotel with parking facilities.
The hotel was clean but needed some repairment. The breakfast was poor with only a few cereals and waffles. It is close to walk of fame which was our main reason for choosing this hotel, and the parking facilities are good.
